Perfect Apex Experience
The ski-in, ski-out location and hot tub were amazing. The home itself was clean, cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host provided clear instructions (check-in, etc.) and information. All in all, a perfect ski getaway.

Amazing family stay!
We had SO much fun at this place! Joan made check in a breeze and all questions were answered! If you have kids this is definitely the place to stay! They had so much fun sledding right outside the unit. We loved that it was ski and out. We loved the hot tub and the dart board and all the board games! It’s super stocked unit with everything you could hope for! Definitely will be back!

Phil and Joan are retired school staff members. Phil was a teacher and school Principal. Joan was a teacher and school psychologist/counsellor. Phil is still on call for High School admin. and teacher relief. Both of us coming from Kimberley back in the early 70's we share a long history and passion for downhill skiing throughout the province. Our 3 grown sons all grew up skiing and boarding at Apex enjoying its variety of intermediate to very challenging runs. Now our grandchildren are enjoying what Apex and grandma and grandpa have to offer!

Why they chose this property

We stopped one day to do a viewing of this property when it had just been built and fell in love with the pine wood and log motif, the lay-out of the interior, and the location. It was such a cozy, comfortable dwelling with it's prime location that we took the plunge and have never regretted it!

What makes this property unique

It's ski-in, ski-out location on the Stray Horse Trail is it's greatest asset along with friendly helpful neighbors! Just park your car and leave it there throughout your stay. Every thing you need you can reach on foot or on skis. The hot tub feels wonderful for morning coffee or to warm up and 'wine down' after a day of skiing. The fireplace and heated floors make it really comfortable.
