The cabin is located on 10 acres of land on Vermont's Vast Trail. Perfect for families and/or couples looking to get away and enjoy Vermont in a traditional log cabin. Minutes from premier golf courses, the Appalachian Trail, Star & Echo lakes and the Castle Spa in Ludlow - Snowshoe / Cross-Country too. Enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, walking, antiquing, shopping, fishing, golfing, hunting, canoeing, kayaking or just relaxing. Two first floor bedrooms (sleep 2 each), upstairs loft with 2 twin beds and a full bed (sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults & 2 kids), full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, programmable coffee maker, granite counter tops, full bath, deck with seating, living room and dining area with the ambiance of a wood burning stove. Cozy, clean & convenient to Okemo
My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for a ski trip. The location was great for Okemo: a short drive (less than ten min) from Jackson Gore, which means you you can avoid the traffic / insanity of the resort’s Clocktower entrance. The cabin is well appointed with dishes, pots, etc and the selection of family-friendly games and books is a real treat. We are light sleepers and the walls are thin — recommend bringing a few sound machines. The owners were a pleasure to work with: quick to respond to our questions, accommodating of our needs, and full of great recommendations for places to eat and explore in the region. You can tell this has been a special place for their own family — Sweet Pea is a home with heart.

SweetPea Cabin
Our family had a such a wonderful stay in this charming cabin. It was clean and tidy, had a nice location in the Green Mountains, and had the decor and charm of a cabin in Vermont. We enjoyed playing board games by the woodstove, and the loft was a perfect spot for the kids to enjoy a little space of their own.

Awesome weekend!
We were two families: 3 kids total who stayed up in the loft space and two couples who stayed in the rooms downstairs. Super cozy, clean and well appointed cabin. Kitchen super well stocked. Comfy beds. Close and convenient to Okemo. We had a fantastic stay - thank you!

New Year’s Ski Weekend
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the adorable Sweet Pea Cabin. The property was lovely, close to activities, exceptionally clean and cozy! Our children kept asking to stay one more night :) Thank you for sharing your beautiful getaway space with us!
