Near Disney, Two Master Suites
This was a great property, very clean, beautiful gated resort community, within easy driving Distance to Walt Disney World. Our 18 year old son loved having a suite to himself, as there are two master suites, one upstairs and the other one downstairs. Kitchen has everything needed to cook if desired, and the property is close to Walmart, Target and Publix. We were very happy with this home, and would definitely stay again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Amazing Vacation Home
After more than 2.5 years in the making we were finally able to stay in this amazing vacation home. Rob and Louise are excellent hosts and super accommodating as we had to juggle and move our plans numerous times since Jan 2020. This home and resort did not disappoint! We had plenty of space for our family of five adults. Our three kids were able to have their own bedrooms and the 3.5 bathrooms was perfect for us all. The appliances all work great. It was a bonus that the home is close to one of the resort pools which were were able to enjoy a number of times. The resort is in a great location - close to the Disney parks, restaurants and shopping. The resort itself is secure, quiet, and very well cared for. The detailed instructions provided by the hosts show that they care about their home and about making it a great experience for their guests. I would highly recommend this place and it will be the first place we try to book if/when we take another trip to Orlando. Thanks Rob & Louise for a great stay!

Disney family house
More pros than cons...Family of 9 stayed here for a week while visiting Orlando. Very clean house and well stocked for all your cooking needs. The washer and dryer were by far the best we have ever seen in a rental. The house had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The community pools were nice, clean and warm. Would have liked to be able to open the patio door off the kitchen and enjoy our morning coffee outside but it is sealed shut with no outdoor furniture. The house uses a nest thermostat that raises the temperature to 80* whenever you leave and also limits you lowering when you want. The office staff gave us some trouble when our gate passes would not work and charged a day visitor the overnight fee even though the email I got said he would not have to pay. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend it. The owners were very responsive.

Lovely quiet resort with easy access to all theme parks
We’ve just got back from an amazing 11 night stay at this Emerald Island Resort villa! The communication prior to & during our stay was brilliant, we appreciated the quick responses to any questions or issues that we had. The location was perfect for us, it took just 20-30 mins to get to all Disney & Universal parks. The villa itself was very spacious & all appliances were easy to use. A small suggestion would be to provide guests with some basics to get them started e.g toilet roll, hand soap, dishwasher tabs etc. Perhaps the guests before us used them all up. We arrived at nighttime & had to head straight out to the shops. Thanks v much for having us, we had a fab time at your holiday home!
