Our newly remodeled condo is nestled in the woods below Peak 8 of the Breckenridge Ski Resort.

We are also within striking distance of Keystone, A Basin, Copper and all of Summit County.

LOCATION - The Peak 8 Base Area is a short walk away, or a one minute bus ride.

FLOOR PLAN - This condo is designed to maximize space in the dining and living room area.

FIRST LEVEL - Just a few steps up and with an outside entrance. No endless staircases, crowded elevators or long journeys to the car.

Most of the folks in our building are full time residents in Breckenridge. That means they usually get

up early, put in a full days work, then come home and chill out. These folks like to have a good time

like everyone else, but because they live and work here they generally like a little peace and quiet.

So, if you are heading to Breck with skiing and hard partying in mind, then for your sake, you would do

better to stay somewhere other then our place. If you want to ski hard and have a good time recovering

for the next ski day, without getting too out of hand in your celebrating, then come on down.

Why John and Patti Huth chose Breckenridge

Although we had not skied much of Breckenridge before purchasing, we knew that it was arguably the best ski town on Colorado's Front Range. We also liked the proximity of Gold Camp to the Peak 8 base. Close enough to be convenient, but far enough away to be economical.

What makes this condo unique

The unit designs in Gold Camp make great use of the space and we hope you will find it as comfortable as we do.

We completely enjoyed our stay.

The unit was clean and exactly as described. I enjoy cooking and we found the kitchen to have everything we needed to make several meals.

The unit is right on the bus route, which made it ideal for my sons (20 and 17) to be able to get around the hill/town as needed.

We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed it!

We had 3 children, including a 5 year old skiing, and everyone enjoyed the condo. There was enough room for us and the hangers/dryers for ski equipment came in handy. Just steps from the hot tub and on the ground level. Also, parked right outside the door! The bus picks you up and the next stop, 1 min drive, and you are at a lift.

Perfect cabin!

Visited the condo over St. Patrick's Day weekend and found the house had everything we needed. Games in the closet, a boot dryer, and a full kitchen! The cabin is also super close to downtown which was a plus. Would definitely stay here again while in Breckenridge.

A very nice condo with everything needed for a wonderful mountain vacation. Right across from the bus stop that goes to Peak 7 or 8. Thanks for a great spring break with my kiddos!

Great place to stay

Very nice, newly remodeled unit. Location was good. Kitchen was nice to cook in and had all the dishes we needed to prepare out meals. If I stay in Breck again I would hope to have a chance to get this place.
