Casa Patio - Large apartment with its own terrace and patio by the sea.
The rental price includes all taxes, ancillary and final cleaning costs.
When occupying more than 2 people, the rental price increases by € 15 each for the 3rd and 4th person per night.
The apartment is registered under number VV-35/2/17 as a vacation home with the island government (Cabildo de Fuerteventura).
Description of the apartment:
The apartment has a 40sqm living and dining room, which is followed by the 15sqm kitchen. You can enjoy sea views from both the living / dining room and the kitchen. The living room is directly connected to the 64 sqm patio. From there you have access to a private terrace with views of Corralejo Bay and Isla de Lobos. 2 bedrooms (both with air conditioning) and a bathroom with a large shower area complete the equipment. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Spanish and German television as well as WiFi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, induction cooker, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Self-catering get their money's worth here. The beach is only 30 meters away.

Schöner Meerblick, zentrale Lage
Trotz der Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone ist es in der geräumigen und sehr sauberen Wohnung ruhig. Der Patio ist gleichzeitig Eingangsbereich für die beiden anderen Appartments. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick zum Meer und in die Sterne. Einzig der aufsteigende Essensgeruch aus dem darunterliegenden Döner-Lokal ist manchmal störend. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung durch Joa.

Fantastic holiday apartment
Fantastic holiday staying at the casapatio apartment. Our contact Joa was very welcoming, informative and responsive. The apartment provided everything we wanted and is in an excellent central location in Corralejo.

Great views, perfect for one person or a couple.
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean & spacious. Perfect apartment for one person or a couple. The sun deck area has a fabulous view of the harbour & sea. It could be made even better if it had a purpose built shaded area rather than having to rely on the parasol provided as the welcome Fuerte winds meant we needed to tie it down each day. We’d booked it as it was described as having two air conditioned bedrooms. Unfortunately, the listing was changed after we’d booked & we weren’t made aware that the one bedroom only had a freestanding fan & a ceiling fan, which in the June heat was ineffectual. The windows couldn’t be left open at night due to the night club across the street being open 10pm - 5.30am every night. As we were two friends we needed 2 bedrooms and found the one very hot. The manager & cleaner were both helpful.

Great location and clean apartment
Do not be put off by this apartment entrance next to a kebab shop - you hear and see nothing when inside and have great harbour views. You are between the avanti and Marquesina hotels with harbour and sea views from the large living area and roof top patio. A well equipped and clean spacious apartment and great value for money - we have booked again - thank you

Fantastic location with great view over the sea
This is our second time renting this apartment and yet again it didn’t disappoint. It is a lovely clean apartment with plenty of space and great views. It is in a great location with the music square and main high street virtually just outside the door. Joa the apartment manager is really helpful and always answers messages promptly. It is a gem and will definitely be back.
