( 88 sq m or 900 sq ft apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + terrace + free Wi-Fi + free GPS + free parking + Welcome Drinks +Coupon Package is located at the tropical peaceful resort 'Ventura Country Club.' Enjoy a nice cocktail at one of the two refreshing pools or have a nice lunch at the Club House restaurant. There is also tennis and a golf course, an elegant clubhouse with restaurant and bar, jogging paths, fitness center, large lake, children's playground, basketball, 24-hour security and much more. No cleaning fee !!! Each reservation includes the free use of a GPS + a selection of a non alcoholic 'Welcome Drink' + Super Saver Coupon Package with lots of discounts + maps of Orlando and Florida+ brochures of the Orlando attractions + lots of tour books about Orlando. I also prepared a folder for my guests with recommendations of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, Aldi, Walmart, hospitals,dentists and doctors in case of Emergency. Since I live just 5 minutes from Ventura away I can be reached very quickly at anytime. This modern elegant vacation/ holiday condo/apartment has been completely renovated. It is decorated and furnished with high quality furniture reflecting a very modern elegant life style. The bathrooms are absolutely stunning and extremely luxurious with granite and beautiful ceramic tiles. Each bedroom (1 King + 2 Twins beds) + extra twin mattress in living room for 5th guest. The living room has a LCD flat screen TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi, free phone calls within the U.S, answering machine and much more. In addition, I offer a large selection of English tour books about Orlando and Florida for free.

When renting my vacation condo(Ventura Country Club- Willowpointe), you can use a GPS for the length of your stay for free, no charge. The car rental companies charge about $ 8-10 per day for a GPS-NAVI.
The GPS can be programmed in any language. All Orlando theme parks / attractions / restaurants / gas stations, etc. are already stored in the GPS under points of interest and can be easily selected. A GPS in the U.S. is very helpful if you are not familiar with the area. It is very easy to get lost.
It saves a lot of $$$ and time!!

Great.location close to everything including theme parks. Condon was clean. It was perfect for what we were looking for and we wanted for nothing. No complaints everything was good. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

GREAT PLACE IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB
For 2024 we decided to have again some vacations days in Ventura Golf Country Club. So after booking a reservation we travelled to Orlando and were pleased again to find the place super clean. It has been the same since our first stay here 7 or 8 years ago, and we noticed again some improvements, specially new windows. This condo in Ventura Golf Country Club is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding. The parking in front of the door is really convenient , and you can go walking to the club house for a tee-time. On top of that the condo is perfectly located at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center, 30mn from Winter Garden via the 408 expressway, 55 mn from Cocoa beach and Port Canaveral. Publix, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance. More, the friendly owner is easy to join and is reacting quickly, so your stay can’t be more enjoyable.

Fantastic 2 weeks
Great location not far from airport. Felt very safe here, security controlled complex. Condo was cleaned to a high standard on arrival, and has everything you would need for a stay here. We didnt spend too much time in the condo or use any of the facilties such as the pool as we were out all day every day. The condo is on the ground floor with an allocated parking spot. There was no noise what so ever from neighbours above or to the side. Everything we used - the dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc were all in good working order. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower & bath were both clean and lots of clean towels were available. Great accomadtion for a small family and the owner Jan was very welcoming and friendly. Wouldnt hesitate to return here if we came to Florida again.

I started renting out vacation rentals in 2000 and I have gained lots of experience over the years. In 2013 I bought my new elegant modern vacation condo here. I just want that my guests have an unforgettable dream vacation at my place. You also don't have to pay in advance but when you arrive in Orlando and after you have seen the vacation condo. There are no surprises and you pay me in person when we meet.
