'Pino de Capistrano': Stylish large apartment in an idyllic location - with 16 m² south-facing terrace and 14 m² patio with barbecue and warm garden shower.
Only 5 minutes drive from the center and old town of Nerja and 3 minutes drive to the beach:
Located in the picturesque holiday resort of San Juan de Capistrano (Nerja) you will find a 2 bedroom apartment close to the pool that has a sea view, although it is located in the lower part of the complex and can only be accessed via 9 steps. For people with reduced mobility, we can even open the rear entrance on request, where access at ground level is possible. It would even be possible to use it for the disabled. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information. For everyone else, the apartment is simply modern, spacious, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. We even offer Netflix and Spotify here. They enjoy, we pay. Smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar.

• Pool:
The large pool oasis (with sea views and many lawns and a small children's pool) is usually open at least from the Easter weekend to the end of October. It is considered one of the most beautiful in the area and is reserved exclusively for the residents and holidaymakers of the urbanization. • Infrastructure:
The very well-kept urbanization San Juan de Capistrano is one of the most famous resorts / facilities in Nerja and known for the beautiful large pool area with sea views, lawns, waterfalls and beautiful rocky island. The complex is very moody designed and invites you daily for long walks. The resort is a district of Nerja - located directly on the rocky natural park - and offers the best panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea of ​​the region, depending on the location of the apartments in the complex. Built like a small (typical Andalusian) white village, it is nestled on the hillside above the center of Nerja, yet only 3 minutes drive to the beach and 5 to the center. A bus will take you to both worthwhile destinations if required. The system was designed by ingenious architects, unlike some existing monotony in other systems, here everything seems to have grown naturally over the years. No house is the same, walks in the beautiful urbanization with the many tropical and Mediterranean gardens are worthwhile every day anew.
Holiday in this picturesque resort means rest and relaxation amidst impressive nature - and yet close to all major points such as center, old town, beach and sea.
Holidaying with us means being able to rely on being in a private, modern and completely refurbished holiday home, where a unique holiday atmosphere blends with comfort and convenience, complemented by fantastic panoramic sea views.

The small supermarket in the urbanization is in season (end of March / until 20. Open daily from at least 08. 30 - 20 00 clock, also on Sundays (there are z. B. daily fresh bread).
Two large supermarkets can be reached by car in 2 minutes or by bus.

The paid tennis court 'Andaluz' is also only 2 minutes away by car, it hugs the Capistrano hill, coaches can be hired on request.

In the off-season, the nice restaurant in the entrance area of ​​the complex usually opened, between April and the end of October, 2-4 restaurants offer varied food right in San Juan de Capistrano.
The food and restaurant prices in the area are relatively cheap.

Nerja is never dead, even in the 'deepest' winter (temperature average min 10 ° / max 20 °) prevails in the place and also in the plant pleasantly life and nothing seems extinct, as one perhaps knows of Mallorca or similar holiday destinations.

The motorway exit in about 5 minutes away is a good starting point to all excursions. For orientation: Malaga airport can be reached by car in about 45 minutes,

Be sure to check out the Alhambra with Granada and the Sierra Nevada (both 1.5-2 hours by car). Cordoba with its famous cathedral / mosque is only a 2-3 hour drive away, and Seville is just a day trip. The hinterland with the numerous white villages (Frigiliana 10 minutes), wine villages (Cómpeta) and hiking possibilities is unparalleled. From the motorway, you can reach Marbella with the famous high-society harbor 'Puerto Banus' within 1.5 to 2 hours by car. And also Gibraltar with the Monkey Rock is easily accessible. The 'pancake rocks' of Torqual de Antequera are only half an hour behind Malaga, a real dream area for hiking, although you can do that just around Nerja very well. In the immediate vicinity of Nerja nature experiences and beautiful walks are guaranteed. All in all, you will not have enough time to see everything worthwhile.

Sehr schöne modern Wohnung mit viel Komfort
Wir hatten undervolle Tage in Hibiscus 2. Das war die pure und reine Erholung. Ganz begeistert waren wir von der sehr modernen Einrichtung und wie sauber die Wohnung war. Die Ausstattung ist toll, besonders in der Küche glaubt man nicht daß es 'nur' eine Ferienwohnung ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und hat zwei tolle Terrassen. Eine unten wo man reinkommt und eine oben. Beide nach Süden oben mit Meerblick. Mit 2 Sonnenliegen und einen Klappsessel für die Terrasse und auch mit Markise und vor allem Blickschutz (!) an der Terrasse kann man von dieser Terrasse nur schwärmen. Zum Pool sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir waren ganz begeistert, wie erträglich voll der Pool jetzt in der Hochsaison war. Er ist sehr schön und toll angelegt. Wir sind deswegen gar nicht so oft am Burrianastrand gewesen obwohl er uns sehr gefallen hat. Sehr sauberes Wasser, der Strand ist sehr gepflegt und sehr lang. Tolle Sunbeds in modernen Stil und normale Liegen können gemietet werden. Ist aber auch viel Platz für Handtücher auf den Sand. Die Urlaubsanlage San Juan ist sehr schön gemacht mit vielen Gärten und Palmen und ganz vielen Pflanzen. Vor allem hat uns gut gefallen daß kaum Verkehr war. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern der Wohnung war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir konnten uns beim buchen auch gar nicht entscheiden, welche der 8 Wohnungen wir buchen wollten. Die sind alle toll aber wir mögen Hibiskus 2 so sehr dass wir diese Wohnung wieder fürs nächste Jahr buchen werden.

Traumhaft, wirklich gut
Können wir nur empfehlen. Sehr konfortabel, schöne Einrichtung. Modern, helles Wohnzimmer, grosse Terrasse, Grill, sonnig, und sehr sauber. Was will man mehr. Ach ja gute Betten und ein schönes Bad. Küche perfekt ausgestattet, die Wohnung würden + werden wir jederzeit wieder nehmen. Die Anlage ist auch sehr schön. Super gepflegt und grün, Palmen und schöne spazierwege. Bus in die Altstadt von Nerja, Taxi auch nicht teuer. Tagsüber mit dem Wagen. Nerja ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort. 5 STerne!

Erholsamer Urlaub in super Lage
Wir waren gerade das zweite Mal für eine ganz wunderbare Zeit in dieser hervoragend ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Und wieder sind wir hin und weg. Die Wohnung ist immer super gepflegt und wirklich sehr sehr sauber, die Küchenausstattung und natürlich auch der Rest der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und dann noch die tolle Terrasse (mit zwei Liegen und Stühlen und Tisch und Grill! und Meerblick). Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut optimal. Nicht zu weit zum Strand (wir sind 15 Minuten gelaufen) und zum Pool ist man so schnell rübergelaufen, nicht mal eine Minute. Auch die Entfernung zum Ortskern ist zu Fuß in knapp 20 Minuten zu bewältigen, zurück geht es natürlich ein wenig aufwärts, meist nahmen wir tagsüber den Bus oder nachts für 8 EUR ein Taxi für den Rückweg. Das nächste Mal kommen wir mit unserern beiden Kindern, die werden sich hier sicher auch sehr wohl fühlen. Und die Oma ist weniger gestresst. Ein kleiner aber wichtiger Hinweis für Urlaubsreife, die auch nach der Buchung schon vorher in Vorfreude schwelgen wollen. Die Vermieterfamilie hat eine ganz tolle eigene Seite, wo man sich alle Wohnungen schon vorher ganz genau anschauen kann. Ganz viele Bilder, auch Drohnenbilder von oben etc. und insgesamt eine tolle Hilfe. Die Seite heißt viel-meer-urlaub(pünktchen)com. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung wirklich nur mit 5 Sternen, also "ganz ganz ausgezeichnet" bewerten, wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen und werden es bestimmt auch bald wieder tun. Herzlichen Dank an die lieben Vermieter, die immer total unkompliziert und nett sind.
