In just a few minutes, you can reach Karlsplatz (Stachus) and the main train station, which is the starting point of the pedestrian zone - and at the same time, a major transportation hub for Munich's U-Bahn and S-Bahn trains. From there, you have direct connections to the fairgrounds as well as the airport.
The apartment features a complete kitchenette with high-quality porcelain dishes and kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, as well as practical items such as an iron and ironing board upon request.
Additionally, there is digital satellite TV with international channels and Wi-Fi available.
Our guests can expect a comprehensive range of services, such as cleaning or airport shuttles, upon request.
On the first floor, there are two washing machines and one dryer available for communal use with other guests in the laundry room for a fee (washing €3, drying €2.50).

central and family run
We really liked this place. It is right by the Munich train station, so it is not exactly a leafy area etc, but that is the point of travelling: getting around the city and sightseeing. The beds were comfy, and the owners were great with any requests i.e iron and ironing board. Lots of hot water and a strong shower. Good wifi. Close to shops for water, juice etc.

Clean room near train station
We were only staying one night so being close to the train station was important. It’s a close walk to the main parts of Munich and has great grocery stores nearby.

2023 Christmas market trip
Very close to Munich’s main train station and trams which we used daily. We were comfortable and had most necessities. Grocery market and Deli in the train station are very convenient. There is street noise but no noise from other apartments. Cleaning lady pleasant and helpful. A few essentials like salt and pepper and a broom would be helpful. Shower caulking needs to be redone. Only a few tram stops from Marion Platz.
