The family-friendly apartment of the Bodem family is centrally located and is ideal for trips to the Netherlands (Arcen) or to Kevelaer, Straelen, Geldern, Xanten, Kempen, Goch, Weeze or the IRRLAND amusement park in Twisteden. Discover the Lower Rhine on the bike path, on a canoe tour or on foot.

The approx. 92 m² holiday apartment (standard 75 m² plus optional additional room with 17 m²) was completely renovated in early 2013 and has only been rented since April 1, 2013. It can accommodate a total of 2-5 people + child and has a spacious living room with access to the sunny balcony.

The office and bedrooms have been completely redesigned.

-The bedroom-

The cozy (parents) bedroom has a size of approx. 18 m² and has been completely refurbished and renovated. The bed with adjustable slatted frame has a lying area of 180x200 cm and is the basis for a restful sleep. There is also a large wardrobe available, which offers more than enough space for your clothes. The window front is located on the south side with a view of the Walbeck church tower.

-The living room-

The living room set is new since February 2015 !!! Look forward to a modern and large couch that brings every comfort.

The living room has a size of approx. 23.5 m² and is fully equipped. It has a cozy, new couch. The rustic coffee table is in the middle. The large living room cabinet made of solid oak offers plenty of storage space. In the living room cabinet there are various glasses that are included in the equipment. If you drink a wine on the balcony, you only have a short way to your glass.

The apartment has satellite television (new flat screen TV!) and radio. Both are at your free disposal.

The new flat screen TV is housed in its own closet in the living room. Open the doors and enjoy the TV program from the sofa.

-The kitchen-

In addition to the fridge and freezer combination, the fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, extensive kitchen utensils for your cooking skills and is equipped with a spacious dining table. A high chair is available.

-The bathroom-

The bright and modern bathroom is a space miracle and can be reached via the kitchen. In addition to the shower, it offers the opportunity to take a relaxing bath and relax.

-The office-

The office is at your disposal with a desk and cupboard as a workplace. You can access the bedroom from the office. In front of the bedroom door there is a cot for the little ones.

-Optional room / additional room -

The second, approx. 17 m² bedroom offers sleeping space for up to 3 people. The room is not included in the standard, but can be booked separately for an additional charge of € 15.00 per person and night. If the second bedroom is booked additionally, the apartment offers sleeping space for 5 adults and one child. The renovated and partly newly furnished second bedroom is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The lying area of the double bed is 145x200 cm when extended. The new (2015) single bed has a lying area of 90x200 cm. The room also has a new flat screen TV with satellite connection and a wardrobe.
