Holiday house for 8 guests with pool, fireplace, playground, large garden

The house offers 4 bedrooms for a total of 8 beds. The modern kitchen has seating for 4 people and is fully equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. In the spacious living room with bay window, fireplace, TV and hi-fi system you have a wonderful view of the forest and the Harz foothills. In the oriel there is a modern pull-out dining table with 6 chairs. On the leather couch you can end your vacation day comfortably with a view of the fireplace. The house has a spacious bathroom with a bath, 2 sinks, toilet and bidet. The small bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. In the attic there are two bedrooms with a double bed, for 4 people and TV. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and large closets.
Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with 2 single beds. The well-tended, spacious garden has a modern, large pool, a tea house with garden furniture and a swing and slide for the little holidaymaker. The carport has a roof terrace with garden furniture. Enjoy the fantastic view and the sunset from here. A grill is of course available.

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung
Sehr empfehlenswert, klasse Platzangebot für Familien, Top ausgestattet, toller Ausblick auf die Umgebung von der Dachterasse aus und eine nette Betreuung durch die Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung gibt es zu Knabbern und Wein sowie eine Schoki auf jedem Bett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Ich war mit ein paar Kumpels zusammen für ein Wochenende im Haus. Es ist sehr, sehr schön. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick, viel Platz und die Ausstattung ist definitv sogar oberhalb von "normalen" Ferienwohnungen. Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen, und sogar ein Gewürzregal mit den gängigsten Gewürzen gehören in der Küche dazu. Ein schöner Kamin, ein fester Grill neben der großzügigen Dachterrasse, vier schöne Schlafzimmer, es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Im Obergeschoss gibt es sogar eine Absturzsicherung an der Treppe, damit kleine Kinder sich nicht verletzen können. In der Außenanlage gibt es einen sehr schönen Pool (im September 2020 aber doch schon etwas frisch) sowie für Kinder Schaukeln und Wippe. Wir werden mit der Familie auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und freundlich und geben hilfreiche Tipps für den Aufenthalt.

Der Harz ist immer eine Reise wert!
Wirklich schönes Haus am Rand des Harzes. Platz für die ganze Familie und einen Pool zum chillen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungsreisen in die schönsten Orte Deutschlands, wie u.a. Quedlinburg und Thale. Aber auch Ballenstedt ist sehenswert. Wir haben nach einer Woche festgestellt, dass es erst der Beginn einer großen Leidenschaft ist.
