WE HAVE TOTALLY RENOVATING OUR CONDO IN JUNE 2017. WE REPLACED THE FLOORS, CABINETS, APPLIANCES, FIXTURES AND WE HAVE REPLACED THE CALIFORNIA KING WITH A 14 INCH COOL FOAM BED.

Because we rent directly to you, your cost is significantly lower. A room in the Hyatt with this level of luxury and view does not exist but if it did would much more.

During the whale season you can spend all day watching the humpback whales cruise by, slap their tales and breach on the lanai with an unobstructed eighth tenth and twelfth floor views looking directly to the West between Moloka'i and Lana'i.

The Mahana offers WIFI internet access in the unit on the lanai, at the pool and lobby areas. Studio 1213 has High Definition Digital Cable and a High Definition LCD flat screen TV. Also has Central Air Conditioning.

Studio 1213 is our Twelfth Floor, in a 12 Floor building, Studio Condominium in North Kaanapali Beach in Maui.

We also rent a 10th Floor 2 bedroom suite at the Mahana. (VRBO# 205883) It was totally renovated to the highest standards a few years ago and has a magnificent view to the South as well as the West.

About Ken Green

Claire and I live in Holmes Beach, Florida area and Moorestown, NJ. We stayed in The Mahana in the early 1990's and fell in love with the complex. We returned in 2003 and I started looking for a place on a rainy day. I happened upon The Mahana and visited an open house. We started with a 10th floor studio and then added the 12th floor studio. We then sold the 10th floor studio and upgraded to the one bedroom suite which had just been gutted and redone. We love The Mahana and have many friends there. We have been there in all seasons but recently we have gone every Winter.

VIEW, VIEW, VIEW!!!! Direct Ocean Front! It is quiet but near all conveniences.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mahana 1213 condo - the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning and the condo itself was better than any hotel room I have ever stayed at.



The condo is also in a great location - it is a short drive to Lahaina in one direction or to Napili in the other direction. The beach directly in front of the condo building is also really nice and there is a board walk along the front which provides a nice walk first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Finally, the Dukes restaurant is about a 2 minute walk from the condo which is excellent!



Customer service from Ken is first class - for example, on our last day he let us extend our check out time by a few hours as our flight wasn't until the evening which was really helpful.



Would thoroughly recommend this condo to anyone.

A fantastic location with all the amenities you’d need. Couldn’t ask for more.

We came for our honeymoon, and loved the location. It’s quiet, and has all the amenities. You are feet from the beach, so going from door to ocean was a breeze. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided, and we loved that feature. Also, the humpbacks were present, so we were able to wake to see them each day.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC CONDO

We stayed in this unit from Jan 27, 2018 - Feb 10, 2018. We were so impressed with the condo, it was stocked with everything we needed, it was clean, quiet, first class. I contacted the owner with a couple of questions, he replied back right away, very friendly and helpful. There were binoculars there for our use, not that I needed them a lot as we could see turtles and whales from our lanai but was great to have them for the whales breaching farther out.

I would totally recommend 1213 to anyone.

Beautiful studio!

Awesome view enjoyed the oceanfront lanai. Studio was exactly as described would highly recommend. Location is quiet and peaceful but close to many conveniences. Perfect for 2!

Best spot we've stayed

We stayed 5 days at Mahana 1213 and what a place! We have visited Maui several times and have always tried to seek out new places to find that gem. We found it. We absolutely loved this spot. The place was clean and completely updated. The kitchen has all equipment you need. Ken and Claire have thought of everything you possibly need in a studio. It's perfect for 2 people and we had planned on going out for dinner every night but the view and the privacy were hard to beat so we ended up having a light supper and drinks every night on our lanai. We were concerned that it would be too small for an extended stay but it is just perfect for a couple. Ken was absolutely perfect to deal with when inquiring and booking. We are planning to return often.

I was in the Mahana while it was being renovated but we left the day we had the first checkin and they arrived 1 hour before the final details were completed.

A SMALL GEM IN KAANAPALI

Ken was responsive and professional from the moment I reached out to him for a reservation request.

The condo is beautiful. The views and the sound of the ocean mesmerizing. The remodel is top notch. It is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need.

In short, the whole experience was luxurious and well appointed.

Thank you Ken for a wonderful experience .

A few quick tips:

*The Mahana will provide you with an access code for the gate in the parking lot that leads to a winding oceanfront boardwalk that passes by the Westin Villas, Dukes Beach House and countless pretty hotels.

*In the opposite direction, just a short walk away is the Lahaina Shores Beach Resort which has a small Fitness Center. You can access a day pass for just $5.00.

*Though the Mahana never felt crowded and the area very well maintained, you are only a few blocks from a large grocery store.

Perfect studio in paradise

The studio was recently renovated and looks great. The view is unbelievable! Sitting on the lanai is pure heaven. The condo is surprisingly quiet- rarely heard neighbors. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Will recommend this location and this unit to family and friends. Thanks Ken!
