On the lower level there is also the kitchen and a large living and dining room. The use of the pool, all terraces and the pool house is included in the price. The location of the pool offers scenic views over a valley to the village Campofilone. The pool has a size of 3.00 x 20.00 meters and is excellent for swimming. The water depth is 1.35 meters. In the pool house is a separate shower and toilet. Around the pool there are spacious terraces lying areas with more than 200 square meters. Pets are explicitly allowed.

Einfach toll!!!
Ein wunderbares Haus in toller Lage und toller Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Das highlight ist definitiv der tolle Pool und die Ruhe. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter aber auch durch die Verwalter, Beate und Marcello, war einfach klasse. Wir fühlten uns rund um wohl und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Herrliche Ruhe, Ausblick und Pool
Es hat alles für uns gepasst. Ein schöner Blick auf Campofilone, Meer und eine sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort bei Bedarf. Der Pool ist natürlich die Krönung. Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht und eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Hinterland und Meer. Sehr erholsam.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wundschön, Ruhe und Erholung ist dort gegeben
Die Betreuung vor Ort ist toll. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist fertig. Es ist alles vorhanden auch ein Kaffeeautomat. Das Gastgeschenk am Anfang mit Nudeln,Kaffee und Getränken ist toll.
