Cosy wooden house in the English style

For the final cleaning a flat rate of € 50.00 per booking will be charged additionally.
For arrivals before 14:00 clock only by appointment.
The beds are made, towels are available for free.
Dogs are not allowed!
Owners sleep partly in the basement apartment.

The view far into the landscape. Completely renovated 70 year old wooden house with charm and atmosphere, only 2 km from the city center and 1km to the indoor pool Uslar. The forest with extensive hiking trails is almost directly behind the house. Hikes and walks can start directly from the house, as well as mountain bike or bike rides. Sightseeing tours to Corvey, Furstenberg, the Weser or the fairytale castle Sababurg are wonderful 1/2 day tours

Traumhaus in traumhafter Umgebung
Das Haus ist ein absolutes Unikat: individuell, geschmackvoll, persönlich. Dazu: Sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet, tolle Lage, absolut ruhig. Ein Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Blick in den hauseigenen Park und die Landschaft dahinter.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Da das Ferienhaus auch privat genutzt wird/wurde, geht die Ausstattung über das Gewohnte hinausgeht. Von oft vermissten profanen Dingen wie einen Eierstecher, über eine Umfangreiche Spielesammlung samt Bibliothek bis zu Kamin und Smoker blieben keine Wünsche offen. Toll! Für die Kinder gibt es ein sehr großes Grundstück mit alten Obstbäumen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge in das Weser Bergland oder Wanderungen direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos im Netz. Sehr schöne Ausstattung. Die Badezimmer sind recht klein. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Nice cottage in English style
We had a nice stay in this cottage. It had a great library room where we had our breakfast and dinner. Also nice equiped kitchen. Although we missed a microwave and toilet role holders. Very nice was the bath, spacy and comfortable. The cottage is also very close to the town of Uslar and really close to super markets. Really nice!

Gemütlich mitten im Grünen
Die Fotos sprechen für sich, es handelt sich um ein sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus im englischen Landhausstil, mit viel Liebe und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und mit einer Ausstattung, die über das Gewohnte eines reinen Ferienhauses für Mieter hinausgeht. Zum Haus gehört ein sehr großes Grundstück außerhalb von Uslar, bis auf ein Nachbarhaus und die kaum in Erscheinung tretende Mieterin im Keller fühlt man sich alleine mitten im Grünen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter hat man genug Platz, schöne Sofas und einen Kamin, um die Zeit gemütlich im Haus zu verbringen. Einziges Manko war für uns das Bett: Es war uns schlicht viel zu weich, um wirklich erholsam schlafen zu können. Ein Matratzentausch wäre hier eine Überlegung wert. Außerdem ist es ein 1,60 m Doppelbett (nicht King-Bett wie angegeben). Dennoch hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit im schönen Haus!
