The 80m2 holiday home is located in the northernmost municipality on the mainland of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, in Klausdorf.
The house has a large and open living / dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom and an open kitchen. The house is a non-smoking house.
From the spacious living area, which is very bright due to the south-facing position and the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can access the terrace and the 600m2 garden.

The entire house, lovingly furnished in a modern-maritime style, is equipped with underfloor heating, the fireplace provides even more comfort in the colder months.

Schöner Bungalow, 2 Schlafzimmer, modernes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Tabs für sie Spülmaschine z.B. waren vorhanden. Ebenso gutes W-Lan, Bücher und Spiele für Kinder, nebenan ein Spielplatz, im Garten sind Liegen. In der Nähe (Umkreis 10 Km) sind 3 Badestellen, der Bodden ist flach, das Wasser nur etwa kniehoch, gut für kleine Kinder geeignet. Wir waren im August 2023 da, die Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen, Stralsund und Rügen sind schnell erreichbar. Leider gibt es viele Mücken, nehmen Sie also Fenistil o.ä. mit. Das Haus hat vor jedem Fenster Fliegennetze, auch vor der Terrassentür. Eine Fliegenklatsche ist trotzdem zu empfehlen. Wir hatten schöne Urlaubstage und würden jederzeit dort noch mal Urlaub machen.

Sehr unkompliziert aber ausbaufähig
Zunächst die positiven Aspekte: die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gut für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Es ist eigentlich ein sehr schnuckeliges Häuschen, das allerdings mal wieder ein bisschen mehr Zuwendung vertragen kann. Vorort gab es einen Staubsauger- bei Urlaub mit Hunden echt Gold wert. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, das war top! Der Check In und Check out ist sehr unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselsafe geregelt, macht natürlich flexible An- und Abreise möglich. Zu den eher nicht so guten Punkten zähle ich, dass es keine Verdunklungsrollos gibt, bei Teenies nicht wirklich schlimm, die schlafen auch mit Licht, meine Hunde allerdings nicht. Es gab unheimlich viele Mücken, zum Glück hatten wir Mückenstecker dabei…. Außerdem mussten wir uns selbst um Handtücher und Bettwäsche kümmern, was einfach gepäcktechnisch ziemlich viel ausmacht bei vier Personen. Das WLAN und auch der Empfang sind leider grottenschlecht, auch Fernsehprogramme gibt es nicht alle. Mit Teenies unbedingt bedenken. Also unser Fazit: wenn man nicht mega Luxus erwartet, dann ist es ein kleines Schmuckstück, dass eine Auffrischung gut vertragen könnte.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit Einschränkungen
Nettes Ferienhaus in Wohnsiedlung , Badestrand fussläufig erreichbar, viel Natur. Insgesamt war das Haus nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Nach einer Woche mit enger Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter und tätiger Mithilfe gelang es nicht, den zum Leistungsparket gehörigen Internetzugang zum Laufen zu bringen. Für Teenager daher nicht geeignet. Schade!

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus, mit sehr guter Ausstattung.Das Objekt liegt in einer Einfamilienhausstra
Von hier kann man gut die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Ostsee besuchen wie Rügen Usedom und Hiddensee, die Stadt Stralsund ist nur 10 km entfernt, Supermarkt und Bäcker im Nachbarort ca 4 km. Das ist modern und gut aus gestattet. Das einzigste man könnte die Töpfe und Pfannen aus tauschen da sie schon ihre Zeit hinter sich haben. Alles im allem sehr empfehlenswert gerade auch Mit Familie da Nebendarsteller ein großer Spielplatz ist und die Straße nicht stark befahren ist so das man die Kinder getrost mal alleine raus lassen kann.

Ferienenhaus Klausdorf
Leider war der Raum in dem wahrscheinlich die angegebenen Fahrräder waren, ,mit dem uns vorhandenen Schlüssel nicht zugängig. Da es viele Stechmücken gab , wäre mein Tipp die vorhandenen Mückengitter zu erneuern. Sonst war das Ferienhaus nach unseren Vorstellungen.
