This gorgeous, newly updated townhouse is located on Peak 10, with breathtaking views of Breckenridge. This is an awesome ski in/ski out location for intermediate level skiers. The home can be accessed through a black diamond run on Peak 10. However, it is on a free shuttle ride from the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort or Main St.


This three-bedroom townhouse sleeps eight very comfortably and is designed for a large party or family vacation in the mountains. The living room is comfortable with a cozy fireplace and TV. The living room opens up to the new, fully-equipped kitchen and dining room. On your way up to the bedrooms, there is a sitting area created just to take in the stunning view that this townhouse has to offer. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom.


Downstairs, the townhouse has a second living room space with a bar area, sofas, and TV. The third bedroom located on the downstairs level has one queen-sized bed and twin bunk bed. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom, with a walk-in shower.

Family Christmas Vacation
Gorgeous views and very clean. Well stocked kitchen and supplies. Prior guests left behind staples, like sugar, coffee, salt, pepper, spices and laundry detergent. Management very responsive to questions and our needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was exactly as described and as shown in photos. It was very spacious for three couples and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for skiing in and out, and the shuttle stopped perhaps 100 feet from the door. The views of the mountains were spectacular! We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Great Location, awesome views
Ski In/Out is possible but certainly isn’t the easiest to find. The ski out is at the corner of the parking lot by the trash building. You go across the slope from there and into the trees. You do have to cross two small bridges and then onto the green run to the bottom of Peak 9. Ski In is access is tough too and required some hiking and close tree run. Overall is possible for skilled riders/skiers. The place is nice and accommodating. Beds are firm. We had no issues with our stay.

Ski In Ski Out Property onto Lower Lehrman
We stayed here with a group of friends (6 adults and 2 kids). There was definitely enough space for all us. No issues with the checkin process. We had to pick up the keys on Main Street. It is a great location, but only two parking spaces. I had to call ahead of time to confirm we would be given two parking passes. We actually had 3 cars together because of the times everyone was coming to Breckenridge, but airport road offers parking ($5 for weekdays and $10 for weekends). The property is clean and well maintained. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with a connecting bathroom. The middle floor had the living, dining, kitchen and bathroom. The basement floor had a bonus living space with bedroom, non-connecting bathroom and laundry room. This is an excellent ski in and out property. It is a bit narrow going through trees to get to Lower Lehrman and then onto the base of Peak 9. It’s a short walk through the trees before getting to the green run of Lower Lehrman, so it’s not a huge deal if you cannot ski or board all the way down. The shuttle stop was a little further than expected, but the property was so close to Main Street (5-10 minute drive) that we were able to drive to the morning snowboarding classes at Peak 9. No issues. I would definitely recommend staying here. We even got to see a few foxes during our stay as well.
