The house (semi-detached house) is centrally located in Roompot Park De Banjaard, a short distance from the center of the park with swimming pool, supermarket, restaurant, mini golf and playground.
The beach, which is only separated from the park by the dunes, is about 10 minutes on foot or even faster by bike.
Distribution of the holiday property:
1 bedroom with double bed and TV, guest toilet, bathroom with tub and shower partition, utility room with washing machine, storage room with additional fridge, fully equipped, open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge / freezer, microwave and convection oven. Super Urlaub
Es war alles sehr schön; die Haushälfte; die Nähe zum Strand. Das Feriendorf Baanjard ist auch sehr schön gelegen. Es gab auch vieles in der Nähe zu entdecken. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Schöne, ruhige Tage in einer herrlichen Gegend, großer, sauberer Strand, tolle Siedlung. Viel Spaß mit der Familie, empfehlenswert!!!

Gute Ausstattung, schlechte Sauberkeit
Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses war sehr gut. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Betten waren staubig, das Sofa war voller Sand und Hundehaare, die Schlafzimmer waren offensichtlich nicht gereinigt worden. Unseren ersten Urlaubstag mussten wir daher für eine Grundreinigung verwenden. Das hat den ersten Eindruck leider sehr getrübt. Ansonsten waren das Haus und die Anlage schön und ansprechend.

Tolle Lage und Ausstattung, lediglich die Sauberkeit bei Anreise war nicht so einwandfrei wie man es sich gewünscht hätte. Die Wohnung hätte eine Grundreinigung nötig.

Wir kennen die gegend schon, ist super. Das Haus war auch wie beschrieben, leider mussten wir zu Beginn erst nochmal sauber machen. Ein weiters Manko ist, dass die Spülmaschine bei Abreise Ausgeräumt sein muss. Frühstückt man vor der Abreise muss alles per Hand gespült werden, unschön. Normalerweise räumt man die Spülmaschine ein und schaltet sie an.
