Whether Mediteraner garden or balcony, no wishes remain open for up to 7 guests. Large heated pool, barbecue, garden table, cozy couch and Ausenküche available to guests to have.
Special joy makes sitting under the palm trees with a glass of Istrian
Wine, watching Jolas organic olive plantation and the lights of Savudrija lighthouse.
A walk with the dog in the morning on meadows and fields near is, you ausgeglischen and make happy.
Bike ride to Umag along Adriatic coast is a fantastic experience.
Also migrate from Monte Roso (Golf Course) after Kanegra overlooking Savudrija bay and swim there throughout the day is a great experience.
Golf Course Adriatic is only 300 meters away.
Otherwise the house was home of Count Francesco, the biggest open wine and olive oil producer in the region. Even single-old olive trees of former olive groves have remained.
That is why our place is named after Count Francesco - Franceskija.

Unser Urlaub war einfach fantastisch. Das Haus und der Pool waren super und perfekt für uns als Familie mit 3 Kindern und großem Hund. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Schöne Villa, kaum offene Wünsche
Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in dieser Villa verbracht. Der Pool war sauber und hatte angenehme Temperatur. Alles gab es! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, egal was man am Herzen hatte;). Auf jeden Fall besuchen wir dieses tolle Ort noch einmal.

Wundervoller Urlaub, wunderbare Vermieter und ein wunderbares Ferienhaus!
Die Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub war super und alle Fragen sind sehr gut beantwort worden. Dies wurde bei Anreise und während unseres Aufenthalts genauso fortgeführt. Bei der Anreise wurde seitens des Ehepaares Jakupovic alle Funktion erklärt und vor alledem die Informationen und Tipps für die Umgebung waren perfekt und sicherten uns so einen guten Start in den Urlaub. Die Villa Franceska ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sie ist super ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage bietet einen kühlen Rückzugsort, wenn es draußen zu drückend heiß wird. Das Highlight ist aber der Pool mit Dusche, sowie die Konoba (überdachter Essbereich/Außenküche). Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub und würden jederzeit dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen! Danke an die Familie Jakupovic!
