About this property

Ideal apartment, quiet and centrally located for a family with 2 children

Surrounded by a beautiful Alpine panorama is the Tourist Municipality Berchtesgaden. Here you will find away from the main traffic routes and yet centrally located, 560 meters above sea level, our apartment 'Sonnenschein'. The center is about 2 km away. Walking distance to reach in about 30 minutes. The house is situated on a hill above the salt mine. In the immediate vicinity are the Watzmanntherme and the Salzheilstollen. The nearest bus stop is about 10 minutes' walk. With the guest card you can use public transport for free. Our family and we try to be an attentive and unobtrusive hosts and assist you in planning your vacation and your wishes always like. The apartment is designed for a family with 2 children. An occupancy of 4 adults is not possible and desired. Unfortunately, pets can not be accommodated. Minimum rental period July / August and at Christmas = 7 nights !!!

Traumhafter Ausblick und freundliche Gastgeber
Hübsche kleine Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick vom Balkon auf Berchtesgaden und den Watzmann, allerdings mit permanenter Geräuschkulisse von der Strasse und dem Fluß. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge aller Art. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Die Gastgeber Ilona und Konrad waren sehr freundlich und konnten super Tipps zu Ausflugszielen geben. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Das Salzbergwerk ist nur wenige Meter zu Fuß entfernt und auch zu den Ausflugszielen wie Almbachklamm, Königsee, Jenner, Schloss, Haus der Berge sind es nur ca. 15 Min. Mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Rundum tolle Ferienwohnung und ein super Aufenthalt!!
Wir hatten eine großartige Woche bei Konrad und Ilona in Berchtesgaden. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung war genauso wie im Internet beschrieben, sehr schön und gemütlich, mit zwei tollen Balkonen. Die Lage ist zentral, aber doch nicht mitten im Trubel von Berchtesgaden, sondern am Fuße des Bergs mit einem Traumausblick nach allen Seiten. Von Ilona und Konrad haben wir jeden Tag Ideen und Tipps bzgl. unserer Tourenplanung erhalten, für die wir sehr dankbar waren. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, den wir gerne verlängert hätten. Lieben Dank noch einmal und bis zum nächsten Mal!
