• Peak Season (Christmas, New Years, month of January, Presidents Week):
If the Guest cancels the booking, the Owners need to be notified immediately by email. Upon such advice, the Owner will use their best efforts to obtain a replacement rental (for same rate and period) and, if such replacement is obtained, will then refund to the Guest all monies paid less a Penalty Charge of 20% of Rental Fee. If the Owners or Agents (VRBO) are unable to re-book the rental, the Owner shall be entitled to retain all payments received less refundable bond.
• Regular Non Peak Bookings
If cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival, full refund will be given, less C$495 cancellation fee.

• The number of Guests staying must not exceed the number stated at the time of booking. The home cannot be sub-let or sold from the original booking.
• The property must not be used for any functions, events, parties or business activities and is for family holiday use only.
• Rentals are not accepted for groups aged 30 years of age and under.
• Pets are NOT permitted unless by prior written arrangement.
• Guests are to adhere to a quiet time between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
• We have finished and furnished our home to a very high standard and require that guests do not wear any ski or outdoor boots are worn inside the home. At all times, all ski and boarding equipment must be kept in the ski locker (garage).
• The Guest agrees to pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the property, its fittings, fixtures or contents caused during the period of the rental.
• The Guest agrees to take good care of the property and ensure it is left in a similar state to its condition upon arrival.
• The Guest agrees to permit the owners and their Agents reasonable access to the property to carry out urgent maintenance.
• Bed linen, bathroom and spa towels are provided for the number of guests booked.
