This high floor custom designed villa offers breath-taking ocean views. There are two bedroom suites with two twin/king-sized beds and a sofa-bed. The beautiful Lanai with pocket doors open up to views of the beach and sunsets. The custom kitchen designed by Hawaii’s famed master chef, Roy Yamaguchi, features the finest appliances and an open design perfect for your enjoyment. There are also two outdoor grills located in the pool area for your cooking pleasure. The unit also includes three flat-screen TVs and washer & dryer, Portable baby crib, GPS, beach toys, beach towels and beach chairs.

Wonderful stay in Ko Olina!!!
This was our first time staying in Ko Olina and we are so happy that we chose to stay at the beach villas vs the Marriott or Aulani next door. This property was so quiet and peaceful compared to the other resorts! The unit was spacious and well appointed and was such a good fit for a family with two teens…would definitely stay here again!

Stay over Christmas
Spent 6 days here over Christmas with our 3 kids and had a great time. We loved the unit as it was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We definitely will be back!

Beautiful property
The property was perfect for us (4 adults and one infant). The lagoon was perfect for snorkelling and we did see different kinds of fish every time we went out. The sand bottom kids pool was my son's favourite. It was made to look like a small lagoon and it wasn't fine sand, just really tiny pebbles so it doesn't get *everywhere* like sand does. The koi feeding was also a huge hit with our group. As for the condo, it was beautiful but needs a few minor cosmetic fixes to bring it back up to the luxury property it was meant to be. Little things like the bath mats should be replaced as they are very clearly showing their age. The fake plants and candles throughout the property need to be wiped down as they are covered in a later of dust. One of the kitchen cabinets has a loose hinge with a screw that needs to be replaced. The shower door needs a good scrubbing as it has a thin film of soap scum over the bottom half. The non-slip strips on the tubs were discoloured and when you use the shower in the second bathroom, more water came out of the lower tap than the shower head. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Everything we needed was readily available and it was a great place to just relax

Great Stay
Beautiful condo with great amenities. The pool area is fantastic and not too busy (lots of seating). Owner was great about communication and even allowed us late checkout! We will define back!
