About this property

Tasteful house with a natural plot by the sea

The tastefully decorated house gives you a view of the Båtviken archipelago, the harbor entrance to Strömstad and cliffs where you can hike well.
In the bathing area of the house, the walls and floor are covered with slate, the bathtub is wide, and there is also a shower and sauna. No necessary equipment is missing in the kitchen. Very inviting terraces let you enjoy the sunsets. There is also a cozy, open fireplace, where you can grill and find extra warmth as needed. There is also a new gas grill.
It is only 5 minutes to the good golf course in Strömstad and the resort of Nötholmen. It is only a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach. A private bridge with rowing boat is at your disposal.

Beds: The house consists of the main house and 3 annex houses. There are a total of 12 beds. A detailed information about the size of the beds and placement in the different houses is available.

Superställe!
Vi har varit 7 vuxna och 2 barn, vi har verkligen trivts bra och använt oss av roddbåt, kajaker och cyklar. Tomten naturlig och dundermysig. Närheten till havet var perfekt, kort promenad bara. Med vänlig hälsning Ann-Louise Fredriksson

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönen Grundstück
Wir waren zu zwölft in der Unterkunft (6 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder). Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt genossen. Sehr nah zum Wasser, wo die Kinder baden konnten oder man am Wasser unendliche Spaziergängen machen konnte. Dabei konnten wir Austern und Muscheln sammeln und Krabben, Fische, Quallen... beobachten. Auch super, dass das Boot, die Kajaks und die Fahrräder genutzt werden konnten. Schwimmwesten sind reichlich vorhanden - auch ein paar für Kinder. Für die Küche ist alles da und am Tisch ist auch Platz für 12 Personen, wobei es dann schon etwas kuschelig wird. Falls man nur mit Kindern unter ca. 7Jahren unterwegs ist, sollte man sich die Zimmeraufteilung anschauen. Eventuell lohnt es sich ein Reisebett oder sonstiges zusätzlich einzupacken. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder.

Wunderschöner Sylvesterurlaub
Ein wunderschön großes Grundstück welches direkt an die Natur angrenzt und am Küstenwanderweg liegt. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünschen konnte.

Wir, drei Familien mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern zwischen 6 und 13, haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Häuser sind sauber u d freundlich und hell eingerichtet. Man kann 2 Fahrräder und das Ruderboot benutzen. Viele Wanderrouten in der Nähe - insbesondere auf den umliegenden Inseln. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen

Fantastikt hus
Vackert hus, fullt utrustat, välskött trädgård och vackra omgivningar. Det vi gillade bäst var den öppna spisen utanför på den täckta terrassen. Så man kunde sitta ute på hösten när vädret inte var så bra. Lars kunde kontaktas när som helst om frågor uppstod.
