This pretty holiday home is located in the small town of Loborika near Pula. The rooms are bright, lovingly and comfortably furnished. From the living room you can reach the beautiful terrace where you can spend relaxing hours. Prepare delicious dishes on the grill while your children play or swing in the garden. There is a swimming pool on the well-kept property where you can cool off on hot days. Horse rides can be booked in the nearby equestrian center. Visit the numerous bays with their crystal clear water. Numerous cultural events take place in the city of Pula. Here you will also find many monuments from the Roman era and a stroll through the city is recommended. Don't miss a day trip to the island of Brijuni. In the national park you can experience the wonderful nature. Golf lovers will also get their money's worth here, as there are many golf courses on the island.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, so wie auf den Bildern und sauber. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war toll.

Ein toller Urlaub!
Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub! Das Ferienhaus, der Pool, der tolle Garten und die Grillstelle, es war einfach perfekt und auch für unsere Kinder ganz toll! Der Vermieter war sehr nett und sowohl das einchecken als auch auschecken war sehr flexibel und die Kommunikation immer schnell und unkompliziert. Einziges kleines Manko, was allerdings absolut keine schlechte Bewertung rechtfertigt ist die Klimaanlage. Es gibt eine im Wohnzimmer und bei 37 Grad Außentemperatur ist es doch etwas schwierig die Schlafzimmer nur damit kühl zu halten. Daher wären weitere Geräte in den beiden Hauptschlafzimmern schön gewesen. Es wurden allerdings einige Ventilatoren bereitgestellt, wodurch die kühle Luft sehr gut verteilt werden konnte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Perfekter Urlaub
Wir waren für eine Woche als 2 Familien mit 4 Kindern bei Vinko und Daniela. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, der Pool ist super (kein Chlorwasser!) und die Sommerküche mit Grill und Kühlschrank war ständig in Benutzung. Für Kinder ideal, das Gelände ist umzäunt, ein Trampolin steht im Garten und es findet sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Bäcker, Metzger und Restaurant in Laufentfernung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, haben sogar noch 3 Flaschen Wein bekommen! Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Toller Urlaub
Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Kroatien. Vinko und Daniela sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Haus und der Pool waren so wie in der Beschreibung erklärt. Wir wurden mit Getränken im Kühlschrank, einem Obstkorb und Öl empfangen. Jeden 3. Tag wurde der Pool gesäubert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit sehr netten Vermieter
Erst mal zum Haus. Das Haus ist in einer sehr guten und ruhigen Lage und doch ist man in ein paar Minuten direkt in Pula am Meer. Auch andere Städte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. In dem Ort selbst gibt es nicht weit weg einen kleinen Laden ( für Frühstück usw ) ein Caffe Bar und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der große Garten mit dem großen Pool bietet sehr viel Platz und ist auch sehr gut für Familien mit Kinder geeignet. Bei dem Grillplatz gibt es gleich ein Spülbecken und ein Kühlschrank was sehr praktisch ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen gerne wenn man fragen hat. Sehr nett war auch das Olivenöl und der Wein den wir von den Vermieter bekommen haben. Das Haus ist sehr zum empfehlen. Wir werden es bestimmt nochmal besuchen.
