Two south-facing terraces, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, provide sun exposure throughout the day. Whether you dream of a cozy breakfast at sunrise or a barbecue at sunset, both on one of the terraces possible. The house is in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The well-kept pool area is located directly on the other side of the street, so you can go for a swim in the pool and use the amenities of your own bathroom, or prepare a fruit cocktail in your own kitchen. Lawn and chairs invite you to chill out.
The house has two air conditioners installed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has a washing machine and dishwasher. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are available.


The climate of the Costa Blanca is typically Mediterranean and very mild. Almost three quarters of the year is spent in the warm, sometimes even hot summer in the coastal areas. On the property two palm trees provide enough shade. It is really cool on the Costa Blanca only in the months of December - February, although here is to say that the winter months with daytime temperatures of up to 20 degrees are quite pleasant.
