About this property

Family Friendly/ Great for Groups. Includes WiFi and Linen.

Three bedroom house with modern bathroom/ kitchen with open plan living, large deck with fenced grounds for children.

Gas central heating for winter warmth, ceiling fans and heat-pump in the living room for summer heat,

Single garage for an average sized car with internal access to the house plus parking on the drivewaym

Located in central Taupo, a (nearly) flat 15 minute walk/2-3 minute drive to the lake or town. A short walk away from reputably the best Fish and Chip shop in Taupo and other local shops.

Home is professionally cleaned between guests. If you are staying for 10 days or longer, our housekeeper will come in at a mutually convenient day/time to change the linen each week at no extra cost if required.

Washing machine and clothes available.

Portacot, highchair and pushchair available at no charge. Please bring own linen for the cot.

Fibre Wi-Fi for general internet browsing.

Chrome cast if you happen to have Netflix, Lightbox, or Neon etc

Ducted gas heat-pump for winter warmth. Ceiling fans in all three bedrooms plus heat pump in the living room for summer cooling.

Sorry, not suitable for pets.

Special conditions:
- Strictly no smoking inside the house. Please respect our holiday home by leaving it tidy. A few quiet drinks are fine, but if you are wanting a house to party in, then sorry but this is not the house for you.

We would appreciate our guests leaving the house tidy on departure. If you are staying for two weeks or longer, our housekeeper will come in at a mutually convenient day/time to change the linen etc each week.

Looked like a real nice house when we turned into driveway, once inside it was clean and cosy with air con, was able to watch the sports via app on TV, shower was amazing, could turn the heat up or down with digital wall panel , rooms were great , everything you could want in a stay away, pretty close to town too, would definitely stay again
