There are 3 bathrooms, including 2x ensuites. The main bathroom has a jetted bath tub.

This property is completely secure with a roller door to access the driveway from road front so you have the peace of mind of a secure property.

Please note, we do not allow children under the age of 12 years old at the property.

Special conditions: We ask that this house be respected at all times and left as you find it. Absolutely no parties/event or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are close.
Please note, the gas fire is not operational, however the house does have a heat-pump to keep you warm in the cooler months.
