Come and enjoy the restful park-like grounds at Swannanoa, only 12 km's from Rangiora. Plenty of parking and places to sit in the gardens

Swallow's Wing apartment - 60 m2, for a 1 or 2 bedroom option.
Please note:
The main bedroom is for the first 1-2 people. (The 2nd bedroom is unavailable)
If the first 2 people require separate beds, the 2nd bedroom is opened up, with a cost $30.00 per night/bed
Therefore, 3-4 guests requiring 3 beds, would cost 2 extra people x $30.00 per night/single bed
Please inform us of your bedding configuration at the time of booking.

Gas water heating. Some kitchen facilities inside, bathroom with bath and shower.
Bed 2 has 2 single beds and Main bedroom has a queen bed.
A 6 m x 3.7m out of ground heated swimming pool is available for Guests to use 2-5 pm each day. Note: It is now heated.
Water temperatures are currently ranging from 30 to 34 deg

Overall this was a fantastic accomodation exactly as described on VRBO. Very clean and quiet which suited our needs perfectly. The owners were quick to reply if we had any questions. We would definitely stay again! J and M

Quiet and secluded rural retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Nest. The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable and had all one could ask for. A smaller supermarket and shop were close by, Rangiora a bit further but perfect for us. We walked miles and enjoyed the evenings outside. The pool was a tad cool for us but all else perfect!

Very nice place great location for the wedding we had just around the corner
Well presented clean and very tidy. Walking on the wet grass this time of year with nice shoes was not good. And the couch was a bit uncomfortable but overall I would very happily stay here again, Thanks
