Snow House: comfortable and spacious in Snowmass with spa pool.

A larger than average 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home well appointed to make your Ruapehu family stay comfortable and relaxing. Sunny and warm thanks to the north facing aspect, double glazing throughout, central wood burner with wood supplied and electric heaters in all rooms. Spill out through the large sliding doors onto the deck and the privacy of the right-of-way section and adjoining reserve. Enjoy a soak in the spa after a day in the outdoors.

The spacious open plan flow provides ample space to gather around the large dining table without disturbing those lounging on the comfy sofas enjoying Netflix or our collection of movies on the big screen TV; or stream your own services via wi-fi, Bluetooth or USB. Free wi-fi included.

Easily entertain in the full size, well equipped kitchen with gas hobs/electric oven and an espresso machine to get things started in the mornings. Gas hot water ensures everyone gets a hot shower in one of the two bathrooms. There’s a purpose built drying room and separate laundry with storage for skis or bikes.

This Ohakune accommodation easily sleeps families with up to 10 guests. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 a queen bed and single bunk set and bedroom 3 has two sets of single bunks. All beds have electric blankets, versatile summer/winter duvets and luxurious feather and down duvets on the queen beds. Please note to keep your costs down we don't supply linen so you will need to bring sheets, pillowcases, towels.

Summer or winter, Snow House in Snowmass is an ideal home for families to share a relaxing mountain break.

Special conditions:
Bond required of $250, refundable within 7 days when property left as found.
Guests to leave property clean and tidy as they found it. Optional cleaning service at end of stay is available for $60 per stay.
Bring own linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels). Please note we can no longer provide linen due to changes made by local suppliers sorry.
Not suitable for large groups of adults.
2 night minimum stay during ski season.

Quiet residential, close to town
Well suited for ski season, not much going on in area in the summer. National park close by for hiking. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked, spacious.

Short stay in Ohakune
This was a perfect spot for our overnight stop between Wellington and Auckland. Location was great and the house was comfortable and warm, the spa was an added bonus after a long walk to stretch our legs. Would love to come back for a longer stay some time.

Such a cool spot
We had the most amazing weekend away at this property. A beautiful sunny deck to enjoy a cold beverage after the short stroll home from the carrot park. Then into the hot tub as the sun went down. Tidy property and great communication with host. We will be back!

Perfect for our large group
Had a very pleasant stay at this property (4 adults 6 kids). Spa was a big plus, as was location. Very short walk to the playground and town. Spacious living/dining/kitchen with everything we could need. Easy and prompt communication with property manager. Highly recommended.
