About this property

Townhouse in Historic Thorndon

We have been staying in our wee town house in Thorndon while we build a house but will be away from the end of June until mid July (as well as a few weekends in July and August) and would love to make it available for anyone planning on a Trip to Wellington.
While staying here, we have renovated the kitchen and furnished with our furniture so is well stocked for guests.
Pricing is for four guests, if you would like to book for less people, chat to us about rates.

Wellington Adventure
This property in located in Thornton which is a residential neighbourhood close to downtown. The townhouse complex is built on a steep hillside and it reminded me of a Japanese village. The unit is very well equipped with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and a full kitchen and living room and a half bath and laundry on the main level. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Given its location And the unpredictable weather in Wellington, I would highly recommend having a car in this location to get around . The one challenge for this property is the extremely tight parking spot that comes with the unit. A small compact car was challenging enough when the parking lot was full. For a large vehicle best of luck.

Great property to rent. Warm and quiet with everything you need to be comfortable. Good kitchen equipment and comfy beds. The choc chip cookies were a nice touch. Would stay again.

great place to stay
A very modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable home for our stay in Wellington. A comfortable walk through the botanical gardens to the city centre via the cable car and some fabulous cafes close by. Would be happy to recommend and stay again.
