The kitchen is well appointed with all modern features, including dishwasher and ice maker fridge freezer.
New Outdoor furniture include table, umbrella, and seating 6. Extra seating at side of house, along with weber BBQ. 2 x Sun loungers also on deck.
The section is flat all around, and is bounded by a head high hedge for privacy.
The rear of the section houses a separate Queen sized room, (Queen bed) with new comfortable fold out stretcher. An outdoor plug, and rear light making pitching a small tent on the lawn a possibility. A negotiated tarrif is avalable for extended maximum people if the tenting options is required for that extra family.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen towels, bath mats sheets, tea towels etc.
