Elegantly renovated Victorian villa situated on the warm northern slopes of the inner-city suburb of Herne Bay and offering the comforts of home. The property has own separate entrance off sunny front verandah, and is completely self-contained with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Short walk to Jervois Rd shops, cafes, and link bus to CBD, Ponsonby and Newmarket. A short stroll to lovely Home Bay Beach at the bottom of the road. Westhaven marina is 1k away.
Rates: $225 per night for 2 people using 1 bedroom only
Additional guests up to 4 in total $50 per night per person
Minimum 2 nights.
(Ask about our additional queen bedroom if there are more than 4 people) at $85 per night.

Great accommodation, Great hosts!
Location in Herne Bay was perfect, beautiful neighborhood and short walk to great restaurants and shops. The unit was extremely clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The hosts were super friendly and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this rental for those who are looking for a great, relaxing rental in the Auckland area

Great Apartment
The apartment is well laid out, has all the amenities you need for a stay in Auckland and is very close to the Outerlink bus route which makes getting in and out of Auckland easy. Di and Buzz took great care of us while we were there. We would highly recommend this apartment.
