An idyllic retreat that is 3 minutes walk from the edge of Lake Taupo. Good trout fishing with many bush walks and bike tracks once you have tired of swimming and boating. Three quarters of an hour's drive from Whakapapa Skifield and 20 minutes drive in to Taupo. Tennis court available. The native bird population is fascinating with lots of tuis, bellbirds, kereru, and quail. Also available is a separate self contained sleepout that will sleep 8 and can be hired as an addition. The sleepout has stove, fridge, microwave and kitchen facilities, woodburner and separate bathroom Wonderful for two families. The children sleep in the sleepout and the parents have quality time in the main house. Two bikes are available as is a double kayak if the sleepout is being hired.

It is to be noted that there is some road noise from the Main Road, please be prepared for this.
