A totally relaxing experience where if the weather is fine you can go for long beach walks or just sit on the lawn and watch the waves, the seagulls or watch the sun go down. Or if it is wet you can just curl up with a book or look out and see the many moods of the sea. It is a 15 minute beach or bush walk to Paekakariki Village and Station. 10 minutes by car to Coastlands Shopping Centre and wide range of Kapiti Coast attractions including the walking track from Paekakariki to Pukerua which starts 5 minutes away.
