Enjoy a wonderful time in this cozy and typical Menorcan house from the 18th century. Surrounded by the magnificent natural surroundings of the Menorcan countryside, this property is the perfect refuge for a relaxing getaway. It has been decorated with fine antique furniture and artwork that the owners have been collecting for many years. The house has a large outdoor area, including a lush green garden with a chill out where you can admire the amazing sunset views enjoying a glass of local wine, or enjoy a morning breakfast among rosemary, jasmine and lemon tree scent.
The house has a shady porch with a dining area overlooking the gentle hills of the Menorcan landscape. Its special lighting allows our guests to enjoy evenings in the garden. It also has a barbecue and private parking.
The airport is only 25 minutes. A 10 minute drive you can reach Cala Galdana (an EU blue flag beach (given only to the best beaches that meet a high standard of water quality), ideal for kayak and boat rentals, with plenty of amenities , bars and restaurants. Only a 20 minute walk from Cala Galdana, following the "camí de cavalls" that borders the entire island, you can visit the two impressive beaches of Macarella and Macarelleta. Cala Mitjana, of great beauty, is also very close to the house.
The town center, just a 3 minute walk from the house, has many shops and supermarkets.
There is also public transportation. 5 minutes from home is the bus stop that connects with the main cities of Menorca. Ciutadella, with its impressive old town and the port, can be reached in just 15 minutes.
One of the best nature trails on the island begins at the door of the house (Camí Reial).

-On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom.
-On the ground floor is a double room.
-Garden house: it consists of a bedroom with a sofa bed, a private bathroom and air conditioning.
-Living & dining room with TV & radio / CD player - fully equipped kitchen (ground floor). This is an especially cool area of the house, perfect for hot summer days. The wall stone used in the construction of the house offers this unique freshness.
-Wifi, washing machine, laundry & drying rack.
-Shower in the garden for refreshing summer baths after a visit to any of the beautiful beaches of our island.
