Villa Rhodantha is located in the premier residential Parque del Rey only 15 minutes walk to the centre of Playa Blanca and the beach.
Fully equipped and comfortably furnished to the highest standard with Bluetooth speaker, 42" LED smartTV Internet tv with English channels, Bluetooth and free Fibre Optic fast WIFI.
Dining room and lounge with comfortable seating and fan. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer and toaster. All necessary appliances and utensils provided.
Large bedroom with comfortable kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes (with safe, free of charge) and twin bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds.
Luxury bathroom with toilet, new walk in shower with rain shower head, storage unit vanity unit and hairdryer.
Towels and linen are included. **Not beach towels.
Heated private pool with 4 sun loungers lovely rattan dining table with 4 chairs and rattan sofa and coffee table additional rattan chairs and coffee table positioned for watching the sunsets and barbecue to enjoy on the warm evenings.

Property exactly as advertised. Feels very homely. Well equipped with all you would need to cook at home. Pool area great, plenty of comfortable furniture, pool temperature was good too. Bed was so comfortable with high quality bedding & towels. Wifi was speedy & reliable. Location is great for us as we enjoy the 15 minute walk down to the seafront, Great to have Fran on hand next door for any queries. Only constructive feedback I can offer is that the key safe is a little fiddly to use & would maybe benefit from a small hook to hold the keys in place. Clear communication from the owners who replied promptly to any messages Hope to return again and am missing my morning coffee by the pool. Thank you Julie

Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle erdenklichen Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden, zudem viele andere Elektroartikel (Föhn ect.). Das Haus war zudem sehr sauber. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

My husband Nick and I purchased this beautiful villa in November 2015 fulfilling a dream we have had since visiting this unique island many years ago.
We are nearing retirement and will hopefully now be able to have many extended holidays on the island, even though we live in beautiful Cornwall we are so often let down by our unpredictable weather.
After renting villas over the years we knew this was where we wanted to spend the majority of our holidays and so it made sense to invest in our villa.

Why they chose this property

First of all we love the climate, the all year round weather which rarely disappoints, and the welcome breeze when the temperature begins to rise!
The villa is situated on a private community in a quiet cul de sac type setting just a 15minute walk from the town and promenade and 20 minutes from the ferry point where you can catch a ferry to Fuerteventura.

What makes this property unique

We hope our future guests will enjoy staying at our villa, enjoy the home from home comfort and facilities we offer and respect it, as it is our 2nd home.
