About this property

Our unit is situated just a short walk from the breathtaking emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The horizon south web site has a great areal view of our resort and it’s proximity to the beach. Clean, comfortable furnishings to relax in after a long day of fun on the beach or golf course or shopping at Pier Park. Just bring your clothes and golf clubs, because here you will find everything you will need at Horizon South to make this a dream beach vacation to remember. Bright cheery decor with flat screen TVs, DVD (3 - 32'), microwave, dishwasher, and large capacity washer/dryer in unit. Unit has balcony upstairs and patio down with BBQ grill. Complimentary WIFI is included during your stay.

We are one of the few units that have COVERED parking at your door! If you have stayed at Horizon South before you are familiar with parking and walking to your unit. Not with us!

We are one of the largest units in the resort and are about as close as you can get to the beach. Just a stroll across our parking lot and then across front beach road and you are on the beach using a dedicated access. Nearby is the south pool at the front beach road entrance. This is the best of both worlds.

If you're here for Frank Brown Park and all the activities there we're less than 2 miles from the park.

When you come down for the bike rally you can keep your bike at your door in covered parking and enjoy all the activities going on across the street at the sandpiper.

The Horizon South team does an amazing job keeping the complex looking good, located on the west end of the beach, it is a gated community in a family oriented atmosphere. The complex offers 4 pools, hot tub, miniature golf, shuffle board, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, indoor recreation room with 2 pool tables and fitness center.

Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable beach vacation for families at a reasonable cost.

Note: All guests are required to have armbands while staying at Horizon South. These are $10 each and can be purchased from front office upon arrival when picking up parking pass.

Location, location, location.
My family had visited this complex before so we knew we would love the location. The property itself was good for the price, my only suggestion would be to update some of the furniture as its older and stained and I dont feel like the floors had been cleaned before we got there. It wasn't a huge deal, we went and bought a swiffer and did it ourself but it is something to note. Overall, the owner was great to communicate with after the booking was completed and the property was good for the price paid. We had another wonderful stay in PCB!

Property was okay. I’m not going to complain about the cleanliness or the lack of properly working fixtures of this property because I read the reviews before booking so I’m going to leave that at what it is. Location was great for the reason we were staying that particular weekend which is why we booked this. What I am going to complain about is the fact that we were accused on our last day of our stay of doing DRUGS on the property by security who CLAIMS someone in my party was on the balcony smoking, Not to mention the only balcony that faces towards the road the door doesn’t even open properly so no one even went out on the balconies during our stay, We were not even asked or confronted by anyone my niece received a text message to her phone from owner of the property to immediately vacate and that cops were called! I reached out to the property manager before responding to this number in case it was some kind of scam or something and couldn’t get a response from them at all. I finally spoke with the actual owner of the property who states the previous about being seen in the early morning hours on the balcony by security and that they are not actually there they are going off what was told to them. So basically my party and I were accused of something with zero proof other than a security officer stating someone was seen. Not to mention there are also two other condos on the same side as us with balconies. I could go into the complete details of this day but I’m not going to type all of that out. Needless to say our last day was ruined trying to take care of this situation so we weren’t kicked out of the place. Not an enjoyable last day.

I purchased here because of the variety of options for entertainment on premises. The property is well maintained, gated, has lots of things for families to do without leaving the property!

What makes this property unique

Close to the beach, amenities of resort, pool on our end of complex. Gated community. Well kept resort. Since it's a townhouse there are no steps to climb to get to the unit. Covered parking right outside the door.
