Cisantt Villa - A charming villa in gated development

An open and breezy 3 bedroom villa that opens onto a heart shaped pool, located in the gated Samaan Grove resort.
This villa is very well built and decorated, with the care and attention to detail of a personal home. The fully outfitted kitchen opens onto the pool deck and looks through into the living room. It boasts stainless steel appliances and a full range of cookware. The large living area has demerara windows all along one side, and doors leading out to the pool deck along the other, keeping this house always cool and breezy.

One of the bedrooms is located off the entry corridor, with the master bedroom and the third bedroom at the other end of the living room.
The pool deck has a built-in brick coal-fueled BBQ grill, and a heart shaped pool with a gazebo equipped for dining and lounging to one side of it. There is a back garden beyond the gazebo that is dotted with fruit trees and a rambling rose bush growing up a trellis.

Couldn’t believe how nice this place is. We got to stay in a dream. Never for a moment in our lives did we think we can afford something like this It’s truly worth the money. Thank you to Sabre and Natalie for making this happen. Also there wasn’t a thought about safety as this was important to us. Again thank you so very much for everything.

Lovely property with great housekeeper
We booked Cisantt Villa to relax a little in Tobago for a weekend. The communication via this platform was efficient and easy. The villa itself was breezy, spacious and well laid out. The outside grounds are beautiful and perfect for spending time by the pool, doing a bbq or two and enjoying some lovely mangoes in the back yard. There were 2 outside kitchen areas and the lovely green yard to the back of the pool/house. The house was modern and equipped with an electronic gate and an alarm system - which I almost tripped off :). I enjoyed my stay and will stay again - there was a little hiccup with our check-in but it was resolved. The property manager was kind enough to allow us to check-in a bit early as we could only get a 6am flight to Tobago that day and we had a baby. Lovely, lovely home and I would recommend this Villa and it's beautiful gate community to anyone! Be sure to take an early morning stroll down the street and see the lovely lakes, well and interesting flora and fauna.

Would recommend for any occasion
Property is exactly as advertised. Safe and well located area. It currently sits in between two empty lots of land, so more private when compared to the other properties around it. Air condition unit work very well and kitchen is fully equipped with all you could want and need.
