If only staying 1 night Sunday through Thursday a 1 night stay fee of $50.00 + tax applies.

• Guest Pets (Dogs) ** See “Pets” for further terms and conditions below. Dogs allowed at Condo’s Only. (Additional Fee $20.00 per night + tax) Guest must be owner of the dog and will assume all liability for damages to people and/or property. Dogs must be kept on leash when not in condo. No dogs over 30 pounds. No barking dogs that will disturb others in or outside the rental unit. Owners responsible for picking up dog droppings on lawns when dog is brought outside to go to the bathroom. Dog urine or droppings will not be tolerated in our condo’s. Any clean up required by our staff will be charged to the customer’s credit card.
• Weekends may require a 2 night minimum.
• Changes of dates once you have made a reservation. Sorry we will not allow changes of dates once a reservation has been made.
• Change of accommodation location. Sorry we will not change an accommodation location.
• Disabled Access Limited
• DEPOSIT through our website: www.ApostleRentals.com. Deposit is equal to 1 nights stay or 50% of reservation (Whichever is greater).
