Tolle Lage mit Meerblick
Die Lage ist eine der Besten in El Medano. Leider ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zusammengestoppeltes Geschirr, kaputte Möbel, keine Sitzauflagen und Tischdecke für die Terassenmöbel. Allerdings wurde die Küche vor einem Jahr ausgetauscht und somit gibt es einen guten Backofen, ein sauberes, funktionierendes Ceranfeld und einen super großen Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach, krönte das ganze. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Das Badezimmer hätte eine Renovierung nötig. Die 2 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett 1.60m breit und zwei Einzelbetten sind soweit okay. Für große Menschen sind die Betten allerdings sehr kurz und die Matratzen schon gut durchgelegen. Trotzdem kann ich das Appartment für nicht all zu sehr Anspruchvolle empfehle. Die Anlage ist gepflegt , mit ungeheizten Meerwasser Pool, und sonnigen Balkon perfekt zum Zentrum gelegen, sowie mit Aufzug ausgestattet.

Overall was good
Unfortunately, for 3 weeks out of our 4 there were builders/decorators on site. Scraping, knocking, drilling, abseiling outside our balcony to paint on several occasions. We know work has to be done but we had no notification apart from the fact that one day they would need access to paint the balcony. To top it all, after all this intrusion the pool was closed for an entire week for maintenance. We notified the management agents who said they would speak with the owner but they never got back to us. At £500+ per week, we feel that some compensation should be offered. We particularly chose this apartment so we could swim every day so we were very disappointed
