This apartment has automated entrance. This will allow you and any member of your group to access the apartment without keys. We do not apply the late check in charge :)

It is very important that guests follow the guest rules. There are a few basic main rules:

- Do not disturb neighbours, especially at night.
- Parties are strictly forbidden.
- Do not stay more people in the apartment than the number of registered guests of the reservation

Families with kids and teenagers are very welcome.

The tourist tax of 5€ per person per night is not included in the price. This amount should be paid on the arrival for people from 17 years old and just for the first 7 nights of the stay.

We deliver the apartment clean and ready for you. During your stay, if you want, you can ask for the optional extra cleaning service.
