Nice Studio with excellent location for your holiday, located in the Bay View building in the old town of Albufeira, close to St. Anne's Chapel with a great view over the bay of Albufeira, 5 minutes from Fishermen's Beach, bars, restaurants, stores.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed, cot is available upon request. Cable TV and WI-FI 100Mbps.
Outside the communal swimming pool, children´s splash pool and garden areas have decking and sunbeds. There is a large comunal terrace at the top of the building with views across Albufeira and the sea. There are taxis, a bus stop and coach tours stop just the other side of the church, underground parking is available upon request. Air conditioning.

Old Town
The location is perfect for a couple with close access restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything you need. A common are with sundeck and pool and the beach is a 5min walk. The apartment come with a secured underground parking space which was excellent. Carlo was excellent to deal with and very accommodating letting us check in ealry on our arrival.

the Flats were well maintained, having a decent sized pool and enough sun beds.
The property was in an excellent location,very central to the heart of the old town, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet too,in fact the best of both worlds!

We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful apartment,everything about it was great lovely and modern and spotlessly clean.The position of the apartments was really good close to the old town and beach, would definatly recommend it and stay there again.

Superbe séjour
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Carlos et Yolanda sont charmants et disponibles. Tout est fait pour passer des vacances idéales: l'appartement est très agréable, très propre et calme, les serviettes de bain sont fournies et changées pendant le séjour et il y a même les serviettes de plage. La vue est magnifique. Le transfert de l'aéroport a été parfaitement organisé. La localisation est idéale: à 2 pas de la plage et en ville. La piscine commune est très agréable et il y a toujours de la place sur les transats. Merci pour ce séjour!!!

We are a young couple that likes very much of Albufeira area. We wish to have a property near the sea, so we decided to invest, specially because of the children.

Why they chose this property

This property is an exceptional place to enjoy tranquil and safe holidays. Insert in a refurbished building with almost 30 years old. Located in a hill but near the centre of the old town, where the blue ocean combines with the blue sky, and where the sun shines over three hundred days a year.
The property offers good quality accomodation, we want our guests feel at home.

Perfect location, quiet area, beautifull sea and city views, good quality acommodation.
