About this property

Heated Pool/Spa Home Punta Gorda, Deep Creek, Florida

My home is in Punta Gorda Florida, in a section called Deep Creek. It is located on a cul-de-sac. It is quiet and private. It is a deed restricted community.

This property is always being updated. We have owned it since 2008, at that time we completely refurbished the pool and Jacuzzi as well as the inside and outside of the property. We have also put a new screen cage around the pool area, making the pool very comfortable and private. The cage is also completely surrounded with a four foot chain link fence.

All new kitchen appliances, all new ceramic tile floors. It has a 50' flat screen TV with suround sound in the main family room. A 46 inch flat screen in the second family room and a 30 inch flat screen in the Master bedroom. All new beds, (one king size and two queen size), linens, furniture. All bathroom fixtures have been changed out this year.

Close to everything, just off I-75 located in a family oriented, quite neighborhood.

It is a peacefull quiet street, the back yard over looks a greenbelt area,so there are no neighbors to the rear where pool is located and to the left and right there is a five foot hedge for complete privacy.

The large Master bedroom has two walk in closets with a Master Bath at one end of the house. The house has a split layout. The other two bedrooms are at the other end with their own full bath.The Kitchen, Livingroom, and den have 13 foot ceilings making this home very spacious, very open, and very comfortable.

Gas grill outside should be checked when you arrive. Housekeeping will not clean. We have had three greese fires because of the build up on the bottom
Pool water should always be filled to half way up the skimmer. If not please fill with hose on the wall. Thank You

Beautiful home and pool/hot tub. Beautiful neighborhood. Bob was so friendly and helpful with checking in and pool/hot tub instructions. Hope to stay again this year.

A new favorite
We loved the floor plan. Two living rooms, plus a large lanai. Master BR and bath on one side of house and two BRs and bath on other side. Bright and open feeling. Caged, heated pool and spa made the stay for us. With green space behind the house and the shrubbery around the pool, it was very private and secluded feeling. We also really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was. We had our dog and so the fenced yard and all of the nearby green space for walking were awesome features. The location is great. Walmart, Publix, restaurants all within a few miles. Also close and easy access to I-75 for day trips. The hosts are very attentive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed in this house now for three visits. It’s the only house that I look at when going to Punta Gorda Florida. The owners are amazing and are very welcoming. Beautiful neighborhood with many many things to do locally.

Bob own's and operates a Plumbing Company on Cape Cod Ma. Kathy is a nurse and has been employed in this position for more than thirty years. This picture was taken at the bottom of the grand canyon after flying over the Hover Dam and then taking a ride up the colorado river in January 2007.

Why they chose this property

We purchased on this side of Florida because of the beautiful beaches and the slower pace here. We like the way the roads are laid out, and because they are easy to navigate. A quiet simplier way of life. I have to be honest, I have spent many vactions on the east coast. It seams now I am most comfortable and more relaxed right here.

What makes this property unique

The beaches, nights out, great dinners, great golf and of course a fantastic heated pool and spa that is heated by solar and a heat pump.
