just mt. 100 from the white beach of Costa Rei,
you can enjoy the comforts of Casa Ginestra, my small 50m2 house. that I have equipped with every comfort, inside there is 1 bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms, cooking area equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses. In the living room there are: table and chairs and a comfortable sofa bed. Outside: on the patio equipped with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, in the garden there is a barbecue, also there are deckchairs for a good relaxation.

Nice holiday
We had a great holiday two weeks in Sardinia. The apartment is got everything you need and what was the most important is the short distance to a beautiful white sandy beach...kids didn't need a swimming pool. Area and the village seems safe with no cars around with a village atmosphere. Shops and restaurants are closed, and don't miss Spaghetteria Chaplin.

Casa pulita e accogliente: si trova a soli 100 metri di distanza dal mare e a pochi minuti di distanza ( sia a piedi che in macchina) dal centro! all'interno dell'appartamento vi e' tutto il necessario per cucinare, la biancheria pulita nelle due camere da letto. il giardino con prato verde, 2 sdraio e una sedietta per bambini, doccia esterna e posto auto privato! la zona e' riservata e molto tranquilla; padrona di casa gentile e disponibile!

Optimale Wohnung mit Top Lage
Wohnung mit allem was notwendig ist an perfekter Lage. Meer und Strand fantastisch. Einzige Optimierung wäre eine Klimaanlage da es sehr heiss wurde. Kontakt mit Lidia und Gulia supergut! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung nahe am Strand ohne Meersicht , Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe
Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es ist nahe am Strand, hat einen schönen Grill und Waschmaschine.Das Costa Rei Internet hat bei uns nicht funktioniert, schwacher Empfang! Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Sat-Antenne TV müsste justiert werden da Sie nur arabische und russische Programme derzeit empfangen kann.
