About this property

Alexandra Place 3 bedroom self catering holiday let for parties up to 5

Built in 2012, 3 Alexandra Place is a spacious simply decorated holiday cottage for parties of all ages in the popular village of Walberswick. The house is located on a shared drive with one other property and has an enclosed garden.
Amenities at the house include: Smart TV, free wifi, woodburner, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer ground floor cloak room. Two of the 3 bedrooms can be set up as either double or twin rooms with the 3rd room as a single. A travel cot and high chair is also available on request. All bedding is provided apart from that for the cot. We ask guests to bring their own bath towels.
Please note our normal change over day is a Saturday and arrival time is no earlier than 4pm and departure time is no later than 9am. If you require something different please let us know. Have a look at our webpage for more information and the best rates.

Large comfortable house
Lovely house in a great location. The photos don't do the house justice! The large kitchen/diner is a great space & there is also a very comfortable living room. The main bedroom is spacious with a very large, comfortable bed. The property is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Southwold & the coast. The Bell Inn is a short walk away, which is a nice, welcoming pub. Can definitely recommend this place, as you will be guaranteed a lovely stay.

Stunning modern house in Walberswick
The house is perfect for a family holiday . Very clean and well found with good quality comfortable furniture . The garden is safe and perfect for little ones . Near the beach and shops . Perfect .

Excellent accommodation
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It was very clean and very warm. We had no need to use the log burner. Very well stocked kitchen if the need to cook is necessary. Two lovely pubs in the area but unfortunately could only book to eat out on one of our 3 nights and they were booked till end of October so if you fancy eating out, would be best to book in advance of your stay. Lovely little village and not to far from Southwold. We used the little boat (ferry!!) once to get there and then walked into the town. Same again if you want to eat out best to book in advance. The Sole Bay pub near the Lighthouse is a walk in pub and had tables when we arrived. Also had a lovely meal. Would definitely use this property again if wising to stay in the area. Was lovely and quiet. Thank you for letting us stay.

This house has every thing you need for a relaxing break with minimum of fuss. Its modern clean warm and spacious. It also has wifi access so you can keep in touch with the outside world should you wish to.

Unique benefits include a secluded location, with easy access to local amenities and internally a modern simple style with all you could want for a holiday away from it all. Additionally the cottag benefits from a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and flexible bedroom set up so ideal for 2 couples or a family break as well as wifi and smart TV to keep in touch and keep the children entertained.
