Kaltes Wasser und Überwachungskameras
Kein warmes Wasser für die Dusche und Handwaschbecken für 6 von 7 Miettagen - nur in der letzten Nacht war es verfügbar-. Mehrere Reklamationen über Whattsapp beim Vermieter führte zu keinen Lösungen. Meine Feststellung eines erheblichen Mangels wurde mit " kleiner Mistake " abgetan. Meine Forderung nach Mietminderung wurde übergangen. Ebenfalls hat der Vermieter durch eingebaute Kameras vor der Tür mein Zutrittsverhalten und das eines besuchenden Freunds aus Rom laufend überwacht. Er konnte mir am nächsten Tag mein Zutrittsverhalten und das des besuchenden Freundes exakt mit Anzahl und Uhrzeit schildern. Ich weiss nicht ob das Datenschutzmässig in Italien zulässig ist und wann er meine Daten dieser Mietwoche in seinem Computer löscht. Ich hatte kein gutes Gefühl dabei, es wirkte neugierig und wie eine Überwachung.
