The villa is based in the southeast of the island and took us about an hour and half to drive. Don't let this put you off, as the villa and the small village is absolutely worth the trip. Despite our flight being delayed our hosts waited to greet us at 2 am. They had stocked the fridge with produce like fresh fruit, croissants, butter, honey, and wine. This is a holiday that demands your relaxation. Our host Eve was perfect, nothing was too much trouble and every request was dealt with immediately. She provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do, however, the best thing to do here is just to take in the beautiful surroundings and relax. The villa is located at the top of the cliff with the best swimming pool and fantastic views out to sea. At the bottom of the garden there are some steep stone steps that lead down the side of the cliff to the stone beach area at the bottom, this really is magical. There is aircon in all rooms and it is extremely efficient; windows are fitted with fly screens. We found the villa to be extremely well kitted out for what we wanted. There is a fabulous cove just metres down the hill from the villa where you will find a really good taverna on the beach - make sure you try the grilled fresh fish. We ate here a lot! There is also another taverna just above the beach on the roadside. In short, we had a fantastic time with the most welcoming and helpful host. Thank you Eve. We will be back!

Familienurlaub in sehr ruhiger Umgebung
Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Antonakis (er ist tolal nett) und Frau Irina waren super. Das Haus auch sehr lieb - Pool groß. Ein Ministrand ist über recht steile Stiegen gut zu erreichen - auch der nächste größere Strand ist mit viel gekraxel gut zu fuß zu erreichen. (nicht für kleine Kinder) Für alles andere braucht man ein Auto!! Leider war einiges richtig schmutzig, wie der Geschirrspüler, die Küche ingesamt etwas schmierig, Ausstattung mäßig. Toller Kühlschrank /+ Tiefkühlfunktion, die Waschmaschine ekelig, die Badezimmermatte voll mit Haaren und Zahnpastaflecken oder ähnlichem. In den meisten Ecken Grind von einigen Wochen. Auch die Polsterbezüge der Gartenmöbel haben ihre beste Zeit hintersich.

We cannot recommend this enough
This villa is beautiful, with amazing panoramic sea views. Clean and tidy, with the pool being discreetly cleaned daily before we got up. It is very quiet, but within walking distance of two tavernas, one on the beach with sunbeds to hire, and the other on the road behind. Both have very good food, the latter having a very entertaining owner who makes his own Raki! If you walk down through the vegetable plot there is a gorgeous place to swim, but please note it's steep, although the steps are very secure with handrails. We could not have felt more welcome on arrival, with a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, croissants, butter, jam and chilled water left for us by the owner. During our stay we were treated to their family's own Raki, and fruit and home-grown fruit and vegetables. Comfortable beds, fresh linen and towels, and a fabulous bathroom. Very efficient air conditioning, and all kitchen appliances and crockery that you could need. We would highly recommend this villa.

Das Haus ist komplett renoviert (Bad, Terrasse, Wohnzimmer) und sieht sehr modern aus. Man kann den schönen Meerblick von der Veranda aus genießen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und angenehm. Sie waren immer hilfreich und erreichbar. Wir haben immer traditionelle griechische Süßigkeiten als Geschenk bekommen. Eine Mikrowelle ist vorhanden. Am Strand Galini ist hervorragendes Restaurant, sehr sauber. Dort kann man leckeres Essen ( frische Fisch/Meeresfrüchte und weiteres Tagesessen erhalten. Frisches Obst war immer kostenlos als Geschenk mit dabei). Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
