Although this property does not have a pool it's near to beaches and you have the benefit of 5 bedrooms at a very reasonable price.
The nearest beach is a few mins drive in a car. There is also another beach called Guzelyali a few minutes in the opposite direction.
Additionally, there are many beaches along the Kyrenia coastline which are worth a visit: Camelot, Escape, Denizkizi, Merit.
There is family entertainment eg. aqua parks (Acapulco resort, Lapta water park); bowling alleys (Karaoglanoglu), go carting (Nicosia) within 20 mins. And spa facilities at Acapulco resort and Malpas hotel.
Villa Samrene is located approx 40 minutes from Ercan Airport or 1 Hour 45 minutes from Larnaca International Airport. Flights from most UK airports via Istanbul to Ecran (1 hour stop on tarmac) -Pegasus -Turkish Airlines -Atlas Jet Transfers Taxi - Approx £45 from Ecran Airport Taxi - Approx £70 from Larnaca Airport Car Hire - Between £15 and £20 per day (drive on the left same as UK) Airport pick up & car hire can be arranged if required.
The local village of Karsiyaka is nearby. It has a supermarket and local taverna that serves an endless mezze. The beaches run right along the coast road about a 15 minute walk with local buses stopping all the time. A car is advisable and cheap at £15-20 per day. I can arrange one to be delivered to the villa. In Kyrenia there is a splendid Venetian harbour, around which are many restaurants and bars. It is said to be the prettiest harbour in the Mediterranean.
The beautiful village of Bellapais with its Abbey and stunning views of Kyrenia is just 30 minutes drive away, as is the mountain castle (ruin) of St Hilarion.
The Olive Press Bowling Club is a new addition to the island and is located on the sea side of the neighbouring village of Lapta, just 5 minutes drive away.

There are several scuba and diving schools around the coast offering PADI training. Wreck diving is available. Snorkeling is a popular activity in the clear waters of the mediterranean.
There are many other water sports avaible within 15 minutes drive of the villa including jet ski hire, speed boat hire, banana and doughnut riding, fishing trips, and even para cending behind a boat. There is a new sailing school opened up at Sardunya bay with a Hobbie catamaran and other equipment available for hire at great rates. There are several water slide parks within easy travelling distance, one of which is in the adjoining town of Lapta and just 10 minutes away.
For those who wish to see the sights on horseback there is a riding club. They do beginners lessons and do trail riding visiting local landmarks for the more experienced. There is also horse riding available in the mountains about 20 minutes away from the villa.
Tandem paragliding is available off the nearby mountains and provides unbeatable views of the north coast and mountain range.
In the evenings the harbour bustles in Kyrenia and there is an evening market there most nights. It is a perfect place to sit with a cool drink and watch the sun go down. There are many restaurants there but the better ones are away from the harbour in the pretty cobbled side streets. This is the place to book your boat trips, which are a great way to see the island. There are many boats in the harbour all wanting your custom, so check out the menus and drinks that will be included in the package.
There are a number of casinos in the area for those who fancy a flutter with food and drinks on the house.
There are countless great restaurants available from traditional Cypriot / Turkish, to fine European cuisine, fish specialists, a Brazilian steak house, Indian food, Chinese food, Stone Grill, Pizza, and Kleftico.
Go-carting, 10 pin bowling, cinema and bars showing Sky sports are all available in the local area.
