Villa Fedra - A Hidden Paradise

A charming two bedroom villa located on the Sunny city of Calheta.
The villa has a beautiful garden and due to its location provides a lot of privacy, peace and quiet.
The villa is fully licensed for touristic activities.
The villa has two bedroom with twin beds, comfortable mattresses and loads of storage space.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The big WOW of this property is, without doubt, the outdoor space.
The garden is spacious, there are some fruit trees, some local plants, and a swing that will delight our younger guests.
If you rather just relax and get a tan, you can enjoy our sun beds, while admiring the ocean and listening to the birds.
The BBQ facilities and the outdoor dining area are also one of the highlights.
It is located 2 minutes walk from the main road which makes the location perfect for people looking for privacy, peace, quietness and a truly nature experience as the villa is surrounded by farming plots and banana trees.
Guests will be welcomed and everything will be explained at their arrival.
During the stay if you need any assistance we will always be available to come and see you.
The neighborhood is a typical Madeiran environment and experience.
The villa is not car accessible… you will park the car and then walk about 2/3 minutes to the villa, this gives a unique privacy and quietness. You will be made to feel like a true local.
There are buses but I highly recommend renting a car.

Check in / out times can be flexible depending on availability.

We will welcome the guests on arrival and we are available 24/7 for anything they might need.

Church of Our Lady of Light and Eglise de Faja da Ovelha are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Laurisilva of Madeira and Ponta Do Sol Beach. Lava Pools and Eglise de Jesus-Bom Senhor are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain climbing nearby.

Verstecktes Paradies
Schnelle Kommunikation und prompte Antworten auf alle Fragen, sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Wein, Kuchen und Obst. Supermarkt in Calheta an 7 Tagen bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Das Haus ist zu Fuß über einen kurzen, aber zum Teil recht steilen Weg erreichbar. Wunderschöner blühender Garten, Liegestühle und reichlich andere Sitzmöglichkeiten im schönen Garten. BBQ- Grill . Beide Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtetes historisches Haus. Wenn man wie wir im Februar da ist, muss man sich auf kalte Nächte einstellen. Vielleicht den Vermieter Saul um eine mobile Heizung bitten. Für Urlauber, die eine persönliche, absolut stille Unterkunft bevorzugen, genau das Richtige.

Eine super Unterkunft mit viel Charme zu einem fairen Preis
Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, hat einen tollen Garten mit einer herrlichen Veranda unter der man sogar bei Regen sehr gemütlich sitzen kann! Die Einrichtung ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es fehlt an nichts und alles funktioniert!
