We are Roatanadians!
West Bay Beach and Casa Kennedy make a perfect outdoor vacation setting! The only time we were indoors was to sleep. Eight of us spent two weeks enjoying the water, relaxing on the lounge chairs, walking the beach, snorkelling and gathering at the table under the covered deck. Maritza is a very considerate and responsive host. We appreciated Omar picking us up and taking us back to the airport. On arrival, it was suggested that a toaster would be nice to have in the downstairs unit. A new toaster was delivered on the second day of our stay. Dario drove us everywhere we wanted to go on the island including frequent stops at a store in West End. Then there’s Nancy who made us three excellent dinners and a delicious breakfast. Her chicken and beef empanadas were our favourite. We all agree that the team looking after guests at Casa Kennedy are second to none. Thank you, can’t wait to return to the island!

Amazing location!! Very responsive host
My husband and I stayed at Casa Kennedy for a week and found the location to be perfect. Restaurants and water taxis are steps from the villa. Dario picked us up from the airport and took us all over the island during the course of our stay. I highly recommend using him for any excursions - he’s amazing! The photos are an accurate representation of the villa. Maritza was incredibly responsive to our questions and she was wonderful to deal with. We truly enjoyed our first trip to Roatan!

Great location
Wonderful vacation for two families with three kids. Overall this property was superb. A few elements that stood out to us - both owner and property manager were extremely responsive and in touch with us throughout our stay. No need for a car. We had seafood brought to the house. The house was fully equipped and very clean. The house layout is spacious and open. The location on the beach is perfect with a cordoned off area for lounging and which is much appreciated on cruise days. Tasty restaurants abound within walking distance. The snorkelling within walking distance was some of the best we have seen. Top quality dive shops within a minute walk. And finally the people on Roatan were great - friendly, welcoming and kind.

Great location on a beautiful beach
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Kennedy. The location is right on the best beach in the area. Easy walking to restaurants, dive and snorkeling locations and a small grocery store. The house was a nice house with a great wrap around porch. One thing to note is that this is the popular beach so it can be busy with a good night life of bars and restaurants. If you are looking for a quiet beach, West Bay Beach might not be for you. We did start our trip over Easter weekend which was very crowded and noisy. Things calmed down and were quite pleasant after Easter.

Wish it was mine
My family absolutely loved our stay at this property. There were 7 people in our party and it accommodated us perfectly. The staff was available for whatever we needed whether it was cooking an amazing meal, putting chairs out on the beach or taking us on a tour of the island. They were just phone call away. West End Dive Shop was right around the corner and their team made us feel so comfortable in our dives. I can’t say enough about the location of the property though. There were restaurants, shops and even a little grocery store all within walking distance and you could snorkel right off the beach. If you wanted to parasail or take excursions, you could do that right off the beach too or just sit and people watch all day. Then there was the amazing sunset every night. Needless to say, we loved every minute of it.

No need to plan a walk down to the beach, we are right there, just a few seconds walk. We are also the only house with a private beach front garden area on West Bay Beach. You will have privacy on one of the world's best beaches and time to kick back and relax and enjoy yourself.

We have also been renting our home out for over fifteen years! Friends and family have stayed with us over the years, countless times, and because we were the first villa on the beach, you can also get the unique experience of our beautifully designed beach-front villa and garden! Enjoy your time here with the best access and the best privacy!

And our story has always been one of love for the reef and the water, the people, and the culture. Our family and house are known to locals, and you will truly have a unique experience with our beautiful home. Come see why we have been coming since 1998!

What makes this property unique

When you visit Roatan it is all about location.

Our home is located right on one of the best beaches in the world. We are one of two private homes right on West Bay beach. The beach is right there your feet and along the beach you have Flora, Fauna, Cuisine, Diving, Resorts, Pools, Massages, Shopping, and more. Not to mention the second largest reef is just a three minute swim out. But even so, it still is a quiet and tranquil and unique place. We hope you enjoy.
