A well equipped two bedroom one bath and on-suite toilet basin apartment in an excellent location within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants and a five minute drive to La Zenia shopping boulevard and La Zenia Beach. The apartment is with easy reach of Murcia Airport (20 minutes drive) and Alicante (40 minutes drive).

The apartment is a top floor with roof terrace apartment with the sun all day, but if you require some shade during the day then there is a front terrace area, the apartment is situated in a quiet location yet close to everything that will make your holiday a comfortable one.

Inside the apartment you will walk into an large open plan lounge with Freeview Tv, Netflix and wifi connection, the kitchen is well appointed with all you need for a self catering holiday

- Washing machine
- Breakfast bar seating area aswell as a table and four chairs
- Air-conditioning that has a meter fitted costing 1€ for one hours of usage, all rooms have ceiling fans including the kitchen area.

There is a double bedroom with wardrobes and draws and a twin room providing the same also stored in the wardrobes are two fold up beds for additional guests.

The toilet facilities provide a bath and over shower large lit mirror a bide and toilet.

The roof terrace is very large and has brand new seating area and sun loungers with a purpose built BBQ for great entertaining.

Overall the apartment has everything you need to make your holiday a pleasant one with all amenities at your door step yet set in a very quiet location.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage mit sehr netten Vermieter
Wir hatte schöne zwei Wochen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Anreise mit dem Auto, welches man direkt vor der Tür parken kann lief problemlos. Die Unterkunft ist mit Schlüsselcodes versehen, so ist ein Anreisen zu jeder Uhrzeit möglich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Carol und David ist TOP ich konnte über WhatsApp jederzeit Fragen stellen, welche mir direkt beantwortet wurden :-) Die Lage ist schön, denn Einkaufsläden bzw. Einkaufszentren liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und schön. Die Kinder haben sich sehr gefreut. Als Verbesserungsvorschläge hätte ich mir eine Spülmaschine gewünscht :-D aber es ging auch so :-) die Möbel auf der Dachterasse sind schon etwas verbraucht aber noch gut benutzbar. Die Dachterasse ist schön aber im Sommer ist es zu heiß oben zu sitzen. Alles in allem, schöne Unterkunft gute Lage und wir hatten Spaß, angereist mit zwei Erwachsenen und vier Kinder hat alles super geklappt Beste Grüße x

Just what we needed
Good communication with David. Arranged airport pick up for us. Everything was smooth. The apartment itself is beautiful. Very well decorated and what we used all worked. Great attention to the needs of the renter and some basics left for cooking. I would have no hesitation in booking again. We walked to a restaurant around the corner and into Villamartin plaza where there is a larger selection of restaurants. 15 minutes if you’re a slow walker like me. €4-7 in taxi. La Zenia €7-10. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Bon séjour à Casa Bonita chez Carol et David
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement avec solarium aménagé plus petite terrasse à l'avant. Rien ne manque barbecue, cuisine bien équipée, lits faits et essuie de bain à disposition comme à l'hôtel, belle piscine commune mais pas trop de monde, environnement calme. Besoin d'une voiture pour se rendre à la plage ou au centre commercial, beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants tout autour. Ventilateur dans chaque pièce et air CO payant (système de pièces). Enfin de quoi passer de bonnes vacances, merci à David et Carol pour leur confiance. Alexandra, Stephane et Lou Belgique

Cannot fault this apartment at all. The owners David and Carol have a beautifull well equiped apartment with so much attention to detail we loved it and hope to return again soon.
