There are many extras that help make this a recreational/wedding/reunion paradise. Some additional features are: 3-1/2 landscaped acres with 135 feet of lake frontage. Fire pit, white sand horseshoe pits, 115 foot private dock with electric shore station and cleats for 3 additional boats. Over 1 acre of manicured grass and additional space for additional parking or play, suitable for visiting campers or RVers complete with water and sewer.

As there is very dry vegetation during the summer on our and our neighbors' property, fireworks are absolutely never allowed on our property.
For safety and enjoyment of guests, neighbors and their pets, limit speed to 5 mph when on our property and limit noise before 8 am and after 10 pm
"Change over day" is Saturday during "peak" summer months. Also, please see rental agreement for full cancellation policy statement

Great fun while creating memories
Ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The yard accommodated our family activities. Boating and cliff jumping on the river was great.

Family time
Great space for our family of 15. Space to be together and spaces to be apart. Great for water activities as we are very outdoor and water oriented. Did enjoy the gates and amenities for our youngest (a 1-year-old)

Family reunion/gathering
Family gathering. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. House was beautifully situated on the lake with the the high peaks of the Mission range on the other side of the lake. House was well equipped. Lots of room for the 5 cars and boat trailer we had. Glacier National Park was an easy drive and was spectacular! Lake level was low but we were still able to tie up to the dock. The week flew by. We all (16 of us) had a great time!

Absolute perfect Family and friends vacation!
This home was a perfect treat for our Friends and Family trip of 14 people with room to spare. With beautiful views to a dock to pull our boat up to this home and it all. Thank you for allowing us to create memories that our families will cherish and never forget.

Beautiful Flathead Lake
We spent a week at this property with extended family. There was plenty of room to accommodate 17 of all ages. If we were not at Glacier National Park, most of our time was spent on deck enjoying the beautiful view or down on the dock. Flathead Lake is amazing!! Be sure to sit out back and observe the stars. The kitchen is well appointed and the additional refrigerator on the lower level held all of our beverages, allowing for plenty of room in the upstairs kitchen. We had a deer visit every evening to drink and snack down by the lake. Our host, Jerry, was very responsive to any questions we had as our vacation approached. The drive to the house can be a bit tricky, especially if arriving at night. Slow down as you approach so you don't miss the turn. Would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing family gathering.
